While performing the duties of this job, the individual is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles and outside weather conditions. Line production is constant flow approximately 36 IBC totes an hour. Usage of cutting knife for flashing to complete tote manufacturing process. Walking during this standing time in work cell, continuous rotation between blow mold machine, and tester machine. Repetitive turning & twisting during the leak testing steps of production. Reaching above shoulders, hand and wrist repetitive simple grasping to pick up bottle to stack. The noise level in the work environment is loud and always requires hearing protection when working out on the production floor. The work environment can be very hot, over 90 degrees. Vision: 20/20 corrected and normal hearing range. Ability to wear company required personal protective equipment; safety glasses, earplugs, steel toe/composite safety shoes, cut resistant gloves, and any other necessary item based on assigned task.
