Perform basic yard housekeeping duties by leveling lumber units and stacks, picking up and disposing of all garbage (especially cut metal banding), and reporting any unsafe conditions to Yard Foreman. Assist with cycle counts and inventory control as needed. Comply with specified company dress code. Assist supervisor, employees, and other work areas as needed. Attends staff, departmental meetings, and safety and health training, as required, on time. Works when scheduled and complies with company attendance policy. Observes and practices all safety procedures and policies. Participates in and demonstrates an understanding of safety principles and practices; follows all safety policies procedures (e.g., safety glasses, earplugs, face shields, etc.) to support a safe working environment, including safe operation of machines and equipment.
