This is a full-time position, with $18.91/hour starting pay, a 40-hour workweek Monday-Friday, first-shift only. There are no night or weekend shifts and employees get major national holidays off and paid.

We are looking for a precision-focused Skid Loader Operator to join our field crew. You will play a critical role in our paving and concrete operations, responsible for site preparation, material handling, and ensuring our projects are grading-ready with efficiency and safety.
Key Responsibilities
Equipment Operation: Safely and skillfully operate skid steers (Bobcat/CAT) with various attachments for grading, excavating, and loading.
Site Preparation: Execute fine grading and sub-grade preparation for asphalt and concrete installations.
Maintenance: Perform daily equipment inspections and basic preventative maintenance to ensure machinery stays in top working order.
Crew Collaboration: Work closely with the Foreman and crew to ensure project specs are met on time.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of experience operating a skid loader in a construction or paving environment.
Technical Skill: Proficiency in fine grading and reading grade stakes.
Reliability: Strong work ethic and the ability to work long hours during the peak paving season.
Safety Mindset: Deep understanding of job site safety protocols and equipment limitations.
Licensing: A valid driver's license is required; a Class A CDL is a major plus.
