* Provides timely delivery of orders to each incarcerated living unit.

* Ensures shipments received are correct and in good condition.
* Ensures outgoing shipments are properly packaged.
Follows established procedures for facility and equipment maintenance, sanitation and product inventory:
* Participates in the maintenance, arrangements, and cleanliness of the warehouse facility and equipment.

Trains incarcerated workers in all aspects of warehouse commissary operations.

Qualifications
Skills: Technical Qualifications/Experience
A minimum of one year experience in a similar position is preferred;
Experience with RF devices is a plus;

Clean driving record and the ability to drive a range of vehicles, from small pick-up truck to 2- ton/5-speed flatbed diesel truck;
Must be 21 years of age to meet auto insurance requirements.

Operate production equipment; open and close slide gates to start stop flow of grain.
Accurate weighing grain and record in computer system print and sign scale tickets for all unloaded and loaded out grain by truck or rail.
Responsible for accurately taking samples of all unloaded and loaded grain.
Responsible for keeping charts indicating location and contents of storage tanks and bins.
Complete and accurately monitor grades by weighing grain samples and recording results.
Operate production equipment; start conveyors, bucket elevators select flow pipes, and selects storage tanks to convey grain into storage or for load out.
Prepare rail car for loading; open/close rail car lids using anti-fall harness (safely exit the rail car height: 15-20 feet).
Operate a forklift.
Maintain all equipment including repair, periodic maintenance, and service. Including documenting in web-based maintenance program.
General housekeeping and upkeep of working area to include; sweeping, shoveling, vacuum, compressed air, and sanitation.
Ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed.

Forklift operator job in Grandview, WA
You will use a forklift to stage apple bins and dump them. The Dumper is responsible for dumping raw fruit, concentrate, or other ingredients into the hopper or the dump tanks. The stager will stack fruit bins up to 8 bins high. All drivers must inspect their forklifts and check off their checklist before operating it. Employees must wear a face shield when changing the propane tank from the forklift. Drivers may be asked to perform other job duties. It's imperative that all drivers inspect their forklifts and check off their checklists before operating them. PPE is also required for all drivers working outside.
