Professional Requirements:
- At least seven years of hands on experience in high end residential projects ranging from $5M to $15M

5+ years of Project Management experience in General Contracting

Procore experience preferred (or ability to learn quickly)

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Oakland, CA for a Jr Estimator (HVAC, Sheet Metal) at Broadway Mechanical-Contractors, Inc. The Junior Estimator supports the estimating team in preparing accurate, timely bids for commercial HVAC and sheet metal projects. Major Responsibilities/Activities
Review bid drawings, project manuals, and specifications to understand project scope.
Attend project job walks and site visits as needed.

About the Role

The Assistant Project Manager (APM) owns and facilitates tasks as outlined by the Project Manager or Project Executive, within the projects assigned.
Assistant Project Managers provide support and communication for successful project completion.
