With extensive experience in large club operations, he is a valuable asset for all aspects of health club and hotel management, including creating and driving strategy, establishing budgets and performance measures, and leading executive operations teams.Throughout his executive career, Ralph has held successive leadership positions with Leisure Sports Inc. Most recently, as Senior Vice President of Operations, he oversaw sales and marketing, club operations and fitness and wellness programming. He was instrumental in the successful management of seven clubs and two hotels, resulting in $105M in revenue, with aggressive year-over-year growth. Ralph excels at maximizing revenue and profit through strong leadership, educating and empowering his work team, and strategic initiatives.His extensive involvement and interaction in the greater club industry, includes membership in a REX Roundtable, periodic contributing writer to both Club Solutions and CBI magazines, and public speaker on fitness-related topics. He is well known among fitness equipment manufacturers, and his opinion of new products is frequently requested.Ralph is an avid runner and cyclist.
