Aart J. de Geus is a co-founder of Synopsys, Inc., a provider of electronic design automation software and related services for semiconductor design companies, and currently serves as its Chairman of the Board of Directors and Co-Chief Executive Officer. Since 1986, Dr. de Geus has held various positions at Synopsys, including President, Senior Vice President of Engineering and Senior Vice President of Marketing, and has served as a member of its board of directors. From 1982 to 1986, Dr. de Geus was employed by the General Electric Company, a global infrastructure, finance and media company, where he was the Manager of the Advanced Computer-Aided Engineering Group. Dr. de Geus joined the Applied Materials board of directors in 2007.

Mark E. Jagiela
Teradyne

Mr. Jagiela became CEO of Teradyne in February of 2014. He has been President of Teradyne since January 2013 and the President of the Semiconductor Test Division since 2003. He is also on the Board of Directors. Prior to these roles, he was the worldwide marketing manager of Teradyne's semiconductor test products from 2001 to 2003. Mark joined Teradyne in 1982 as a design engineer, developing image sensor test systems. From 1989 to 1999 he served as general manager of Teradyne's Japan Division. He returned to the U.S. in 1999 as the engineering manager for the company's VLSI Test Division in Agoura Hills, California. Mark holds a BSEE from the University of Michigan. Mr. Jagiela has been a director of Teradyne, Inc. since 2014.
