About This Role:
The Strategic Account Executive is a highly motivated sales professional with a passion for building relationships and delivering value to clients. About This Role
An Executive Partner (EP) in the Forrester executive program for technology executive is a client's trusted adviser and thought partner. By building deep relationships with clients and their teams, this role will:
* Develop a comprehensive understanding of a client's key priorities, company environment, and personal aspirations.

Job Description
The CIO Executive Partner is primarily responsible for client delivery and retention; the EP also plays a key role in identifying sales expansion opportunities for Forrester. They must possess the relevant executive-level technology experience and strategic thought-leadership to challenge clients' thinking. Specifically, the Executive Partner will:
* Serve as a strategic business advisor to executive program clients, advising them by applying Forrester's research and drawing upon their own practitioner experience.
* Manage 15 to 20 senior client relationships.

**Responsibilities**
+ Assists with processing full payroll cycles for 15,000+ employees on a bi-weekly basis, inclusive of exempt and nonexempt employees
+ Processes terminations including final pay calculations
+ Review wage calculations and audit reports for accuracy while making necessary adjustments/corrections
+ Track and process leave of absence (LOA) to calculate supplemental pay for employees
+ Audit HRIS Workday daily file feed into ADP to ensure data accuracy
