Qualifications Associates degree in engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or High School/GED with high level of management in related field; preferred. Experience in EMS (Electronic Manufacturing Services) is a must. High level of computer knowledge/experience using Microsoft Windows format to be able to adapt to other programs used for this position Strong understanding of SMT assembly, box build, testing, and supply chain operations. Proven success in driving Lean manufacturing, quality improvement, and cost efficiency. Experience with ERP/MES systems and key performance management tools. Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills. As a Sanitation Team Member, you'll play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our facility. Your focus will be on keeping clean and compliant warehouses and office areas, while ensuring proper chemical usage and adherence to sanitation practices. Some of your duties may include: Maintain the overall cleanliness of the warehouse and offices Ensure that all scheduled sanitation duties are completed correctly and on time following master sanitation schedule. Ensure all cleaning chemicals are used, labeled, and stored correctly in compliance with Safety Data Sheets. Maintain the safety, quality, and legality of food products. Things you need to be able to do: Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs. Carry up to 50 lbs. Push/Pull up to 30 lbs. of force. Must be able to be exposed to a refrigerated and freezer environment, ranging from 0 - 36 degrees Fahrenheit. Able to work in cold environment for an extended period of time, steel-toe shoes are required.
