Assists Purchasing Agent, Assistant Purchasing Agent and Contracts Manager with managing contracts and Processing Bids/RFPs/RFQs to include but not limited to; preparing specifications, tabulations, award recommendations, etc. with limited supervision.
Expedites preparation and execution of agreements with the County Attorney, department and vendor(s).
Evaluates Bid/RFP/RFQ responses and participates in the evaluation committee process.

Support the storage, and distribution of equipment, supplies, and materials needed for public health community events and mobile health clinics, ensuring the availability of necessary resources and materials.
Note any maintenance issues for Mobile Health Unit (MHU) and report them to the Deputy Director of HHS-Operations. Help maintain the cleanliness of the vehicles and MHU as directed, including interior and exterior.
Initiate the scheduling and deployment of Mobile Health Units to community outreach events when directed for community events, collaborating with Road and Bridge and PHEPR to provide essential services to those in need. Secure all necessary traffic & Parking permits for the mobile vehicle as appropriate.
Support, review, and process community event request forms from various divisions/programs and collaborate with internal teams to gather event requirements, equipment needs.
Schedule and attend site visits and walkthroughs of event venues to assess layout, equipment placement, and any potential logistical challenges. Identifies and addresses needs such as power sources, accessibility, safety measures, and emergency exits.
Depending on the outreach events schedule, it requires evening and weekend hours.
Ensure that all event related resources are in place one hour before the event begins. Coordinate the efficient breakdown of event infrastructure and equipment post-event and ensure the proper storage, maintenance, and inventory of event resources, ensuring they are ready for future use.

Interacts with defendants in the office, outside of the office for vehicle inspections, alcohol/drug testing, and the inspectional of satellite monitoring/SCRAM anklets.
Accompanies defendants to the drug testing lab to both directly observe defendants produce urine specimens and conduct on site drug and alcohol testing, hair specimen collection, breath testing via the use of a portable breathalyzer, and preparation of both urine and hair specimens to be sent to an outside lab for testing, and ensure that change of custody is preserved.
Refers clients to outside vendors for the installation of various monitor devices, which include satellite monitoring anklets, SCRAM anklets, ignition interlock devices, and computer monitoring software; Verifies installation of said monitoring devices and reviews and analyzes the data contained in the monitoring reports received from each vendor to determine if further investigation is needed to verify a violation has occurred.
Document in the case management system all relevant events related to the supervision of each defendant assigned to the Pre-Trial Monitors caseload, to include compliance with and violations of bond conditions.
Conducts investigations into alleged violations of bond conditions, which can include contact with victims of defendants, collecting sworn statements from a victim and the collection of supporting information which supports the victim's claim of contact.
Requests and obtains offense reports from arresting agencies once the Pretrial Monitor has been alerted to the fact that a defendant has been arrested.
Refers defendants to court ordered treatment programs; Verifies compliance through contacts with treatment providers and/or progress reports.
Reports defendants with an active arrest warrant reports to FBC Sheriff's Office Warrants Division.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from an Accredited Program with APA approved pre-doctoral internship.

Experience with youth age 10 and older.
Knowledge of Mental Health Law and Policy.

Facilitate timely referrals to vital services, including medical and mental health care, counseling, legal aid, housing, and education.
Work closely with service providers to ensure seamless coordination and follow-up support for youth struggling with mental health.
Engage in regular collaboration meetings with community stakeholders, participating in mental health collaborative, sharing information, and coordinating joint initiatives.
Conduct outreach and education sessions to raise awareness about mental health and empower individuals to seek assistance.
Participate in monthly court appearances along with the probation officer, therapist, program supervisor, district attorney, and defense attorney to update all on the progress of the youth.
Provide an initial screening and assessment of needs by utilizing a screening tool(s) and will develop an initial and ongoing assessment(s) to determine an individualized resource needs approach.
Provide evidence-based programming, mental health education / awareness, curriculum, Parent Support classes, life-skills development, vocational skills, and independent living training.
Attend and receive training hours on mental health and other related topics.
Provide transportation to youth and their families as needed using a county issued vehicle.
Collect and maintain grant data.
Subject to irregular work schedule including two evenings and Saturdays.
Participates in activities and duties related to emergency management during a local state of disaster as directed by appropriate county managers.
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree in Social Services, Criminal Justice or other state approved related field.
3 years of job related experience.
Minimum 21 years of age.
Good computer and organizational skills; ability to complete assigned projects in a timely manner.
Good verbal and written communication skills; interpersonal skills and ability to deal effectively with the public, other employees, and elected officials.
Valid Texas Driver's License.
STARTING SALARY: $38.44 per hour

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma/GED.
1 year job related experience. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in social media management, graphic design or multimedia experience. Knowledge of social media platforms, trends, analytic tools.
Basic computer and typing skills (minimum 35 wpm); Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva and other related creative platforms.
Accounting and bookkeeping skills.
