About this Position:
Our Audiology Team provides comprehensive,evidence-based hearing caretonewborns, children, and adults. Equipped with the latest technology, you'll perform diagnostics like ABR and otoacoustic emissions, fit advanced hearing aids, and support families in optimizing speech and cognitive development. This role is perfect for a dedicated professional who values patient-centered care and thrives in a collaborative environment.
As an Audiologist, you will conduct and document the evaluation and treatment of functional impairment in accordance with standards of the profession as delineated in the state practice act, regulatory, and accrediting agencies and Guide to Practice. Accurately and effectively communicates with patients, other team members, and appropriate authorized parties including, but not limited to, case managers, physicians, and payors. Work independently and demonstrate competency selecting and administering appropriate evidence base practice diagnostic procedures. Provide appropriate referrals and recommendations based on evaluation results and patient/family needs. Performs all duties in a competent and safe manner. Presents self professionally in both a physical and behavioral manner. Participate in interdisciplinary teams.

Annual Base Salary for newly appointed CBPOs varies as follows:
