The Details:
Working a 3 weeks on, 3 weeks off rotational schedule, up to 12 hours a day or more at a remote campsite. Extreme conditions, including but not limited to extreme and changing weather conditions, dust, mud, varying levels of noise, varying degrees of light and dark, in and around artificial light and in a confined work area.
Employees are required to stay on site at the company provided camp during the work rotation. Camp facilities provide dining service, games room, exercise & weight room, sauna, and accommodation rooms. Dormitory rooms have a land line phone, great Wi-Fi & cable TV. Cell service is available through Wi-Fi. The Company provides a bus service to and from Fairbanks, Delta Junction and Tok, Alaska.

The Systems Analyst is the overarching technical expert CUAS and Missile Defense Systems in use by the supported organization. Working a rotational schedule (Work schedule to be negotiated) at a remote campsite, located in Alaska. Employees are required to stay on site at the client provided camp during the work rotation.
Camp facilities provide dining service, games room, exercise & weight room, sauna, and accommodation rooms. Dormitory rooms have a land line phone, Wi-Fi & TV. Cell service is available through Wi-Fi.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide on-site HSET leadership and guidance to underground diamond drilling teams.
Conduct workplace inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
Deliver inductions, safety training, and toolbox talks to all personnel.
Deliver MSHA Part 48 New Miner Training as required.
Support the implementation and monitoring of HSET systems, policies, and procedures.
Drive continuous improvement in safety performance and culture.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
Prepare and submit MSHA quarterly reports.
Maintain accurate records and complete all ongoing MSHA reporting requirements.
What We're Looking For:
Must hold a current Blue Card (SU & IU).
Previous experience in HSET advisory roles within mining or underground drilling environments.
Strong knowledge of MSHA legislation, including Title 30 of the Code of Federal Regulations (30 CFR), Parts 46 and 48.
Minimum of 4 years' experience in the same or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of underground safety systems, risk management, and emergency response.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage crews at all levels.
Ability to work in remote Alaskan conditions on a roster-based schedule.
Strong computer skills, including Word and Excel.
Must hold a current driver's license.
Other Requirements:
Ability to pass a background clearance check, drug screening, and comprehensive physical.
Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
Ability to prepare written reports and correspondence.
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.

What's the role?
The entry level Underground Miner reports to the Underground Shift Supervisor, and the primary role is to safely and efficiently operate underground haul trucks and perform various mining tasks including heavy equipment operation and working with the Service Crew on utilities and construction underground. Other duties may include Nipping, Mucking, Powder Crew & Rockpick.
Underground duties and equipment operated may vary from time to time and include:
* Safe and efficient operation of underground haul trucks.
* Transportation of ore and waste to correct designated dump locations.
* Accurate recording of haulage movement.
* Working on service or construction crews.
* Working as directed to minimize equipment down-time and maximize productivity.
* General laboring as required.
* General housekeeping of the work area
* Ensuring that all tools and equipment are serviceable and safe.
* Communicate clearly and effectively on two-way radio.
* Ensure all safety related activities are undertaken in accordance with Company policy and MSHA requirements including Hazard ID's, pre-start checks, pre-start meetings, and incident reporting.
* Assist with fault finding and preventative maintenance
* Assessing and monitoring of ground conditions.
* Conduct scaling in accordance with site requirements.

What's the role?

* Attend daily pre-start meeting to ensure effective communication and handovers between crews regarding electrical maintenance plans, and see that issue are completed in detail.
* Maintain a high standard of housekeeping in all work areas and hold the team accountable for this.
* Rigorous cost management. Avoid rework and unnecessary use of parts/services.
* Provide technical advice and support to fellow Electrical Team members.
* Ensure workmanship through meeting standards and tolerances and testing of equipment prior to handover.
* Attend weekly scheduling/planning 721 meeting with NSMS Mining Department and NSR Tech Services.
* Follow the 721-mining plan, plan jobs effectively and efficiently, gather all materials required and direct team to complete tasks in a safe and timely matter.
* Ensure installation of underground electrical reticulation and infrastructure is completed to a high standard and all required testing and documentation are complete.
* Conduct daily handover with incoming/outgoing Leading Hand.
* Liaise with Electrical Supervisor regarding planned work for each shift, including daily priorities, relevant documentation and updates throughout the shift.
* Host daily line-out and 5-STARR meeting.
* Liaise with Underground Shift Supervisors regarding underground machine, electrical infrastructure breakdowns/power outages and other plans for the upcoming shift.
* Delegate unplanned work as it arises.
* Create work orders for unplanned/additional work and generate pick slips as required.
* Review all documentation prior to submission to Underground Electrical Supervisor.
* Record and report on equipment downtime for planned and unplanned work.
* Develop a succession plan for roles within the team.
* Ensure all safety related activities are completed in accordance with Company policy such as Hazard IDs, pre-start checks, pre-start meetings, and incident reporting as required.
* Complete monthly scheduled compliance work to a high standard.

**Field Operations Coordinator (CTC-R) Delta Junction Alaska** **Responsibilities** **:** + Ensure all range support efforts are coordinated and resources identified early during the planning process. + Coordinate directly with internal teammates, training units and other authorized organizations for all range facility support and training areas.
+ Plan, coordinate, and set up Stabilized and Un stabilized Gunnery on DRTS.
+ Assist training units with establishing scenarios to meet range qualification standards.
+ Manage range resources to support scheduled range activities and ensure range is ready for training when the training unit enters the range.
+ Manage routine maintenance, equipment, resources, and labor to maintain facilities and equipment designated as part of DRTS.
+ Prepare and submit daily/weekly range and training reports and maintain historical records.
+ Identify and track efficiencies to reduce unnecessary range support and maintenance costs.
+ Ensure that all range support operations are executed in a Safe manner and meet all range Safety requirements in compliance with the Range Operations Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and W-TRS safety standards.
+ Provide Supervisory expertise in support of staff to develop and grow the capabilities and understanding of staff.
+ Responsible for ensuring the enforcement Safety standards on DRTS in accordance with DA PAM 385-63.
+ Prepares team for travel (TDY) to other DRTS locations upon customer request.
+ Supports the required V2X/W-TRS cross training plan to support other W-TRS TADSS on installation.
+ Interface with customers and site Government personnel, report TADSS status, any maintenance issues as well as assist with training schedules.
+ Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
+ Must possess or be able to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC)
+ Must have and maintain valid driver's license and installation driving permissions.
+ US citizenship is required, with the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
+ Must be able to wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and be able to lift a maximum of 50lbs
+ Travel: Must be able to travel up to 50% of time.
+ 5+ years of related experience Managing US Army DRTS ranges, Military and Leadership Experience preferred
+ Knowledge of range operations
+ Detail-oriented with the ability to work under deadlines while adhering to all applicable safety guidelines including: AR 385-63, DA Pam 385-63, and installation Standardized Operating Procedures
+ Knowledgeable with AR 385-63 Range Safety and DA PAM 385-63 Range Safety.
+ Experience working with military units.
+ Excellent written and oral communication skills.
+ Knowledge of Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
+ Collaborative work style, fostering cooperation and teamwork.
+ Ability to exercise good judgment and insight, to understand the overall effect of decisions.
+ Ability to prioritize responsibilities in order to handle a demanding workload.
+ Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
+ Ability to work effectively with employees and management of all levels.
**Required Hours** **:**
Standard work week will be five (5) days per week for up to eight (8) hours per day while at work site(s), for a standard 40-hour work week. Additional hours may be required to support scheduled gunnery events.
**Clearance Requirement** **:** Must be able to obtain and maintain a NACI Clearance.
