Position Overview:
What you'll do:
Being a maurices full-time retail store manager means that you'll get the opportunity to lead a team of talented associates to create an unforgettable experience that leaves our customers looking and feeling their best. This role builds and supervises a high-performance team of 8-20, including 3-4 members of management.
Key responsibilities include:
Inspiring and directing a team focused on customer obsession and driving and achieving goals (sales, loyalty, talent)
Leading talent selection, associate development, onboarding, training and retention
Managing the omni-channel business through visual presentation, sound operational practices and manage store expenses
Connecting with the community to increase awareness
Driving new ideas, sharing information with others, and creating solutions

Previous management experience, required. Specialty retail store management experience, preferred
Proven ability to identify and develop talent and influence a positive team atmosphere

Job Duties
* Assemble lift truck components including Wire & Cable Harnesses and other Light Sub-Assemblies.
* Read and follow work instructions and other assembly guides.
* Follow all Safety and Ergonomic programs and guidelines.
* Perform basic quality checks as required.
* Operate and perform basic setup on assembly equipment.
* Participate in team based continuous improvement activities.
* Perform other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent is required.
* Ability to work safely in a fast-paced team environment.
* Ability to read and follow work instructions to ensure quality.
* Per 8-10 hr. shift (walk/stand up to 10 hrs. or sit up to 10 hrs.) frequently (work with arms outstretched and work above chest level). Frequently lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling (frequently from 0 to 15 lbs.; occasionally from 16 to 45 lbs.). Must be able to see, distinguish colors, do continuous firm pinch grip, frequent fine manipulating with both hands, and use feet to operate foot controls. Must be able to work with vibratory tools. Must be able to work in an environment that includes exposure to moving machinery, heat and temperature changes, hot parts, dust, oil, solvents, solder, metals, and adhesives.

* Read blueprints, basic math, reason, remember and analyze.
