Minimum of 8 years experience in Client relationship building and client management skills.
Proven knowledge of external Regulatory and Compliance Requirements.

Grade/Level: 17 The salary range for this position is 260,000 - 430,000 USD Annual.
This position is also eligible for an Annual Incentive Plan target of 40% of salary and an Annual Equity target of 40% of salary.
Actual compensation offered within the posted salary range will be based upon work experience, skill level or knowledge.
Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA, NY Metro and Seattle.

Key Job Activities:
Performs onsite/offsite document destruction of confidential information or pick up and transport medical waste
Pick up and transport waste safely according to all federal, state, and local rules and regulations
Plans daily schedule based on customers' needs by reviewing daily paperwork, e.g., manifest, route sheets, previous VCR, etc. provided by the Transportation Manager/Supervisor or Dispatcher
May prepare and load trucks to service select accounts for the delay ensuring enough supplies are added
Pick up specified waste from each customer site scheduled for the day. Ensures that customers have packaged and prepared the waste according to all federal, state, and local rules and regulations before transporting
Provide the highest level of customer service to assigned accounts on a daily basis, communicating any issues to Transportation Manager/Supervisor or Dispatcher for resolution. This includes, but is not limited to re-routes, adjustments in container sizes, training, etc.
Performs pre-trip, post-trip checks, and driver check-in on assigned truck, prior to leaving or closing for the day.

Reports any problems/issues with accounts to Transportation Supervisor and/or Dispatcher before the close of business each day
Manages assigned routes ensuring customers' material collected and serviced in a timely and accurate manner
Handles and responds to all customer problems and inquiries expediently and in the best interest of both the customer and our business

SUMMARY
This position will be responsible for connecting with clients within targeted geographic communities to provide outreach, education, and training on specific subject matter, including substance abuse disorders, community resources, pre-arrest diversion, health insurance, and other relevant topics. This position will serve as the public face of TASC in the designated areas and be responsible for providing direct client services, maintaining community partner relations, and delivering training.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist individuals in achieving service plan goals through direct services and coordination of behavioral health, public agencies, and community resources.
Provide assertive and continuous outreach activities related to direct services for participants.
Make referrals to all essential direct services needed, including substance abuse disorder treatment, recovery support services, and housing.
Attend community events and conferences to provide education and awareness on law enforcement diversion and outreach to individuals with an opioid or substance use disorder.
Conduct enrollment assistance for Medicaid with individuals who are without insurance when needed.
Responsible for follow-up activities related to obtaining the required items for all participants' needs.
Develop effective working relationships with relevant project staff, community partners, providers, and law enforcement agencies, among others.
Attend community events representing the program and TASC.
Provide training on an ongoing basis related to the program's targeted goals and objectives, as well as subject matter, including naloxone administration and distribution.
