Pros of working at Harbor's Edge consist of good benefits, competitive pay, and good hours.

Cons of working for Harbor's are poor management, inappropriate comments from the Executive Chef Beat Meier, high turnover, toxic environment, and a HR department that protects manage and not employees. They do not show appreciation for long term employees.

Retirement plan and PTO

That they are rude, unappreciative, and make inappropriate comments to employees. The CEO obviously allows this to happen, even with legitimate complaints to the HR department which will get the employee that reports these instances fired.

Get rid of the bad apples in upper management, show more appreciation for long term employees, and have HR and the CEO actually pay attention to legitimate complaints from employees.

Get rid of toxic management that makes rude and inappropriate comments to dedicated employees. HR needs to protect employees and issue disciplinary action to upper management that conducts themselves inappropriately.

I feel that Harbor's Edge represents poorly with diversity and demographics within the organization.

Being part of a team that is lead by a good leader which unfortunately is not the case at Harbor's Edge.
