Specialized work in the operation of a conventional Lime Softening and Reverse Osmosis water treatment plant on an assigned rotating shift. Reports to Water Resources Operations Supervisor.
Ability to incorporate and employ on a continuous basis: initiate change, creativity, collaboration, pride, and accountability.
Knowledge of methods and practical water treatment, and of standards and normal operating procedures applicable to treatment.
Knowledge of the functions and mechanics of pumps and other plant mechanical equipment.
Knowledge of the implications of improper water treatment for community health and well-being
Knowledge of Windows based computer programs or ability to learn same in a reasonable time necessary
Ability to inspect machinery and other mechanical equipment in operation and to detect flaws and defects in operation.
Ability to read and interpret meters accurately.
Ability to maintain simple records of shift operations.
Ability to perform simple chemical analyses accurately.
Ability to adjust treatment procedures to meet requirements of volumes to be treated.
Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.

Graduation from an accredited high school or possession of an acceptable equivalency diploma. Must meet the current Class Certification as a non-limited water treatment plant operator ("A", "B" or "C" Operator) by the Department of Environmental Regulations, State of Florida. A comparable amount of training and experience may be substituted for the minimum qualifications.
(NOTE: There are also secondary functions, which the employee will be required to perform.)
Regulates rate of water flow to and from filters; puts filters into and out of line; washes filters; generally regulates machines adding chemicals to water under treatment.
Maintains proper chemical dosages as indicated by chemical analysis and/or flow changes.
Replenishes chemical Day tanks and supplies as needed; keeps Water Resources Operations Supervisor informed of need to reorder, or unusual usage of chemicals ("A" Operator).
Monitors data acquisition screens and historical data, ability to interpret same. Records membrane conductivity, other chemical and pressure readings.
Reads and changes a variety of charts, meters and keeps log sheets and prepares operating reports. Reports unusual events to the Water Resources Operations Supervisor.
Maintains proper water pressure and water storage levels as required.
Performs housekeeping duties in work areas or as assigned.
Informs Water Resources Operations Supervisor of any mechanical defects; assists with the maintenance, repair, and overhaul of machinery and equipment.
Supervises the work of Operator Trainees engaged in routine plant operations.

Reads television-programming log to ascertain program to be recorded or program to be aired on RCTV closed circuit television. Ensures all graphics reflect the current marketing strategy and Gold Anchor Standards.
Selects pre-approved source, such as movies, satellite or local television stations, from which program will be recorded or transmitted, and selects videotaping equipment on which program will be recorded.
Observes quality control monitor to verify that station is on-air. Monitors television system to ensure all channels are operating appropriately within specifications and correct programming is being televised.
Maintains equipment and ensures proper function. Cleans videotape path to remove contaminants that would affect quality of recording or playback of videotaping equipment.
Observes scales in video and color monitors and operates controls to adjust video and color levels. Assures video and audio levels are within appropriate range as to not cause distortion over television system.

Job Summary
The Senior Project Engineer is accountable for all aspects of engineering necessary to deliver water treatment systems (primarily Reverse Osmosis systems treating seawater and brackish water) to be operated by Seven Seas Water (Operations Group) on a long term basis delivering water to municipal and industrial customers. The Project Engineer has ownership of all engineering activities necessary to delivery turn key solutions on green field and brown field sites. This includes in house engineering, 3D design, I&C engineering, full SCADA development, and 3rd party engineering subcontracts for civil, structural, building, permitting, etc. as needed to support the turn key project delivery.
Requirements:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
· Act as the lead engineer for assigned projects; support the project manager in execution of engineering project deliverables. Liaise with project team and customer in delivering the project.
· Take ownership of the P&ID's and the Integration of the project across all disciplines to ensure a consistent design across all disciplines and documentation.
· Prepare engineering documents within specified dates, such as P&ID (Piping and Instrument Diagram), foundation loading charts, valves list, rotating equipment (pumps, blower etc.) data sheets, static equipment data sheets (storage tank, pressure vessels) heat exchanger data sheet, paint and lining matrix, piping and valve specs.
· Prepare Material Purchase Specifications (MPS) for equipment, valves, instruments, vessels, piping, paint, lining, etc. along with review and release of technical bid evaluations (TBE's) for the packages. After the PO, review and approve supplier submittals as needed to ensure compliance with on schedule execution.
· Coordinate heavily with 3D Plant Design Team to complete 3D Plant Design of new water treatment facilities. The Project Engineer will not do CADD work, but is responsible for delivering annotated construction drawings of high quality to deliver a safe, operable, and efficient plant design.
· Facilitate HAZOP and Plant Design Reviews for new plants built by the company.
· Maintain detailed BOMs into company ERP system (IFS) and issue purchase requisitions using ERP system.
· Direct and approve the work of mechanical AutoCAD designers completing mechanical and process drawings.
· As required, assist Business Development with costing on new plants proposed by the company.
· Assist in the completion of operational procedures for new plants built by the company.
Qualification/Requirements:
· Strong technical knowledge of seawater and brackish water reverse osmosis technology and applications, domestic and industrial wastewater treatment technologies, and related water industry technologies, trends, and standards
· Expert in the reading and interpretation of mechanical drawings such as P&IDs, PFDs, and GA's.
· Proficient in the use of standard business software such as Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint.
· Proficient in the use of MS Visio and/or AutoCAD design software preferred.
· Must be able to direct design personnel.
· Must have solid mechanical engineering skills.
· Process design skills are a plus.
· English fluency required; Spanish speaking ability is strongly preferred, or multi-lingual skills are highly desired.
· Ability to work hybrid schedule (multiple days per week in Tampa office) required.
· Ability to travel 10-20% internationally as well as in the U.S.

Position Summary
Our company, the leading “Water-as-a-Service ” provider, which builds, owns, and operates water and wastewater infrastructure with multinational operations, is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer (“GC/CCO”) to lead the legal and compliance functions across our global operations. Legal Strategy and Counsel
· Provide Strategic Legal Leadership: Advise the CEO, senior leadership team and Board of Directors on legal matters related to international water and wastewater infrastructure projects, including build, own, operate contracts, partnerships, and acquisitions. Provide prompt common-sense business solutions to support business development and the overall growth of the company.
· Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate legal risks in operations, contracts, and business dealings, including but not limited to joint ventures, financing, construction, operation, and maintenance agreements.
· Corporate Governance: Oversee corporate governance policies and practices, ensuring compliance with domestic and international laws, rules and regulations, and industry standards.
· Dispute Resolution: Manage any legal disputes, arbitration, or litigation involving the company, including interactions with external counsel.

Corporate Tax:
· Preparation of workpapers and supporting schedules to support the calculation of the quarterly and annual income tax provision.
· Preparation of workpapers and supporting schedules for the annual income tax compliance requirements for both US and International locations, including preparation of US International Tax Reporting forms 5472, FDII calculations and Foreign Tax Credits.

· Preparation of intercompany interest calculation and journal entries.

Qualification/Requirements:
· Experience preparing Income Tax Provisions. Understanding of ASC 740 and income tax accounting concepts and the ability to apply these concepts across different industries and jurisdictions.
