Responsibilities

+ Maintain an updated perpetual financial accounting sheet/report to account for daily financial cash operations.

+ Maintain all financial and contracting requirements to support the Nutrition Care Division operations.

+ Process daily food order invoices electronically through Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) computer system to Defense Finance Accounting System (DFAS).

+ Provide oversight and guidance of all the daily: cash collection, debit/credit card collection/processing, vouchers, and turn-in of cash collections.

+ Post all subsistence transactions with a computer system to maintain a 100 percent perpetual inventory and provide daily accountability of rations earned and expenditure.

+ Monitor food contract to ensure accurate billing, reconciling, and timely vendor payments.

* Disseminate weather warnings and advisories through the Local Weather Network System to all units and personnel in the training complex.
* Operate and maintain five (5) nets Ultra High Frequency (UHF)/Very High Frequency (VHF), Observer Controller Communication System (OCCS) and Frequency Module (FM) radios base stations in order to monitor training areas.
