About the role:
The Customer Success department is the backbone of everything Forter does, and as a Senior Customer Success Manager, you'll be a key addition to that team. We put a great deal of faith in our CSMs who are responsible not only for customer satisfaction, but also for renewals, expansion, and providing strategic insights. In this role you'll build lasting relationships with client executives, solve complex business challenges, and grow partnerships, all while developing business, technical, and relationship skills that'll be the cornerstone of your future career.
This position is based in New York and follows a hybrid model.
What you'll be doing:
Own the end to end customer relationship, from go-live through renewal, for our largest and most strategic customers while executing a success plan for each
Enable a variety of client stakeholders on Forter's portal and technology close to the account going live. After, go-live, run ongoing training and enablement for clients
Quarterback high impact engagements, particularly executive business reviews to communicate Forter's value and impact to client executives
Procure advocacy from your clients in the form of reference calls, case studies, etc. that act as sales accelerators and turn our partners into active promoters
Leverage your client relationships and knowledge of Forter's solution to generate upsell opportunities that you will collaborate with the Sales team on
Own the retention number for your book of business and oversee the renewal process for expiring client contracts
Share key insights about Forter's product and processes internally with our Product and leadership teams to help point the company roadmap in the right direction
Direct client technical inquiries or troubleshooting questions to our Support team and help that team where necessary to ensure a positive customer experience
Maintain clean data within our internal systems to ensure that both you and Forter's leadership team have the most accurate info possible about the book of business
What you'll need:
Experience: minimum 5 years of relevant experience post-live, client-facing Customer Success experience where you managed large, strategic, and complex accounts.
Executive Relationships: Excellent communication skills, especially at the C-level both internally and externally. Proven ability to develop relationships with customer executives while working with stakeholders on account objectives and engagements
Program Management: Demonstrated excellence at success planning across a large and complex book of business. Experience building successful account plans to retain and grow your customers while showing urgency when reacting to problems.
Technical Aptitude: High fluency in technical topics for a non-technical operator. Not afraid to roll your sleeves up and get in the weeds while understanding complex technical concepts. Known as the best product expert on your past CS teams.
Expansion Discovery: Proven track record of landing and expanding large strategic accounts in your book of business. You have a nose for discovering and qualifying upsells and cross-sells. Experience with an upsell or revenue quota preferred.

Industry-Relevant Experience: Background in enterprise SaaS sales, program management, and SaaS startups. Strong preference for professional working experience at enterprise SaaS businesses focusing on payments, fraud, or eCommerce.

What you'll need:

Minimum of 8 years as a top quota carrying direct sales executive, with a track record of outperforming targets and annual quotas

About the role:
We are currently looking for our next star in-house counsel to provide generalist legal expertise and support with a focus on commercial transactions and data privacy. This position will lead significant aspects of Forter's legal function, supporting sales and business teams in the Americas on all aspects of the business with an emphasis on contract drafting, review and negotiation, as well as compliance with local laws, including data privacy laws. What you'll be doing:
Support Sales, Business Development and Customer Success organizations, predominantly in the Americas region
Independently negotiate commercial agreements, including privacy components.
Support business teams in drafting and negotiating agreements with vendors.
Advise business teams on legal compliance, including on data protection and privacy issues.
Advise business teams on recommended courses of action and legal risk, with the ability to judge when to escalate identified issues as appropriate.
Assist in updating contract templates, drafting global corporate policies and processes, and helping build internal processes and enable the company on such policies.
What you'll need:
At least 5 years of relevant legal experience, preferably with at least 2 years in a law firm counseling rapid-growth technology companies.
Accredited law degree from a top university.
Admission to the bar and a current license in the relevant jurisdiction.
Requires substantive experience with drafting and negotiating complex legal agreements (sales, partnership, procurement, NDAs, data processing agreements, others); experience with other internal company functions or areas of law is desired (such as intellectual property or privacy).
Substantive experience with commercial technology transactions.
Substantive experience dealing with/collaborating with Sales, Sales Management, Executive team on complex contract negotiations.
Experience advising on privacy and data protection laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Highly responsive and service-oriented attitude.

About the Role
As the IT Specialist, you will be the primary IT point of contact for NY office, acting as a one-person IT operation responsible for all on-site technology needs. About the Role
As Partner Development Manager, you'll be responsible for hunting, developing, and signing new reseller partners, with a clear focus on scaling our partner-led go-to-market strategy. Qualifications
Must-Have Experience
5-8+ years in business development, partnerships, or channel sales in payments and/or fraud prevention.
Proven success building reseller/channel partnerships - ideally with acquirers, processors, PSPs, ISOs, or similar.
Deep understanding of how resellers operate - their incentives, GTM models, and commercial levers.
Knowledge of fraud and risk solutions (e.g., chargebacks, risk scoring, 3DS, etc.) and how they fit into the payments stack.
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing complex, high-value deals.
Entrepreneurial mindset - comfortable working autonomously, building from zero, and iterating fast.

This is an incentive-based role and a significant portion of compensation is based on performance against objectives. The base salary range for this position is $135,000-$150,000.

We are looking for a highly strategic, well-connected and creative Corporate Communications Manager to craft narratives that position Forter as the market leader by highlighting the tangible success of our customers. You will be responsible for translating customer ROI into high-impact, reputation-building stories that resonate with enterprise-level decision makers in the digital commerce and retail industries.
This position will be based in NY and will follow a hybrid working model.
What you'll be doing:
* Develop and implement comprehensive communication plans in support of our customer advocacy efforts
* Partner with our Customer Advocacy Team to identify, recruit, and cultivate deep relationships with high-profile customers to unlock compelling storytelling opportunities (e.g., joint press releases, keynote speaking opportunities, media interviews)
* Develop presentations and talk tracks for customer speakers & advocates
* Develop and manage an awards & speaking program that positions Forter's customers as industry leaders
* Work closely with the Content Marketing and Product Marketing teams to integrate our product messaging into customer-led narratives
What you'll need:
* Proven track record: You have progressive experience in Corporate Communications, Public Relations, or related fields, with a significant focus on using customer advocacy to strengthen brand awareness and industry leadership.
* Collaborative Spirit: You're a true team player who can partner with peers across the GTM team to get buy-in and assistance to execute effectively.
* Strong results: A portfolio of successful, high-profile communications campaigns that secured tier-one media coverage and speaking engagements centered on customer storytelling.
* Industry knowledge: You're familiar with the digital commerce ecosystem and/or the retail industry, with knowledge of the emerging trends, technologies and issues impacting both.
* AI Prowress: You know how to leverage AI to drive efficiency in your day-to-day work, helping to scale your impact without sacrificing quality.
Exceptional Storyteller: Mastery of translating complex business concepts (e.g., fraud prevention, risk management, payments) into clear, compelling, and punchy narratives.
* Confidence: You're comfortable working with executive-level decision makers, building rapport and preparing them for speaking engagements and media interviews.
* Process oriented: You know how to build long-term plans that align company announcements/campaigns with calls for speakers, industry events, awards and seasonal news cycles.
* Existing relationships with tier-one business and technology press and agency experience are a plus

What you'll be doing:
* Own the global content strategy and calendar - ensuring alignment with marketing, sales, and product priorities.
