**The Role**
Proofpoint is looking for a high-performing Sales professional to join their Named Account team. This person will sell to Enterprise accounts i.e. 2,500 mailboxes to approx. 6,000 mailboxes and manage 35+ Named accounts with a mix of white space and existing customers. They will work with our partner community, business development and marketing to gain access to white space accounts while upselling and cross-selling existing customers. The role will include selling the entire Proofpoint portfolio including email security, impersonation protection, security awareness training, data loss prevention, insider threat management, data security posture management, archive and compliance, while working closely with internal and external ecosystem partners. **Your day-to-day**
+ Develop and execute a path to plan with a focus on Forecast accuracy and SFDC hygiene.

We are looking for a strategic AccountManager to own and grow the selected existing Emerging Threats customer base. Your mission is twofold: protect the core ARR through flawless renewals and drive NARR (New Annual Recurring Revenue) growth through aggressive upselling and cross-selling. Key Responsibilities
Portfolio Management: Manage a book of business consisting of mid-market and enterprise
accounts using Emerging Threats products.
Retention & Renewals: Proactively manage contract renewals, engaging customers 90 days in
advance to ensure 95%+ retention rates.
Expansion (Upsell/Cross-sell): Identify white space within existing accounts. Drive upgrades to
premium feeds, additional sensor deployments, or complementary security modules to increase
Average Revenue Per User (ARPU).
QBRs & Value Selling: Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to demonstrate ROI, highlight
threats blocked, and align our roadmap with the customer's security strategy.
Churn Mitigation: Identify "at-risk" accounts early through usage analytics and engagement
scoring; implement "get well" plans immediately.
Required Skills & Experience
Experience: 3-5 years in AccountManagement or Customer Success, ideally in Cybersecurity or
deeply technical SaaS.
Closer Mentality: Proven track record of carrying and exceeding a renewal and expansion quota.
Technical Aptitude: Ability to discuss Threat Intelligence, IDS/IPS, and firewall integrations with
