We are currently seeking a top-performing Account Executive sales professional to grow sales in our Eastern PA, New Jersey Region. The position is home office based and must be located within the territory. The Position will be focused on expanding our portfolio of solutions with new and existing customers. Primary markets are Oil/Gas, Utilities, Fire Services, Manufacturing, and Chemical. Primary Duties & Responsibilities Production Processing Maintains production plan per work order due dates to optimize schedules, deliveries, yields and intra-department communications. Maintain manufacturing processes per procedures by observation and routine audits. Communicate Diamond Fab production process/yield problems to Manager, supervisors and/or process engineers on a timely basis. Provide technical support to manufacturing issues as they occur. Attends daily production shift change meeting, communicating priorities and issues to manufacturing team. Plans activities and schedules that relay any issues that could occur and cause delays. Understands all diamond processing activities and provides feedback on areas of concern. Provides feedback to process engineering and maintenance that relates to yields or concerns that affect deterministic manufacturing. Process & Equipment Maintenance Performs daily equipment maintenance (checking operation temp, water flows, and outlined general maintenance task). Works needed production schedules to meet a commitment to on-time deliveries. Reviews quality goals outlined for the work group and addresses issues as they occur. Assures goals are met. Support cross training throughout the department and utilize training skills when appropriate. Enforce company rules and shop procedures in the processing and support areas.
