What employees say about salary at Fortna
I'm a engineer I just sleep most of the days and watch YouTube making over 100k+ a year. Did the project drawing way less then 4 hours from working from home just copy and paste other old jobs and change the name and date.
They said if you want to move up the ladder you can get training, but there no training. Title lock you in as what you make hourly or salary you will not get a raise.
I come to office 2-3 time a week because I used time off. Get to travel while I'm away just need a laptop. People there feel like lower class everyone look broke everyone in office even HR live pay check by check they just there for the money.
They retired and drop when we got bought new CEO doom.
You can't like people follow dumb people they just there for their high end salaries. Like a lot say lie till you make it.
Lie on the resume they believe anything.
There is none they don't even do that everyone lies people work there for 2-3 years no raise.
There non white people fire most the black they higher cheap labor worker on the floor hardly speak English.
I don't have to show up often cause I work from home. Only need to come 2-3 time if I feel like it.
Earlier in the year we hourly employees had to take 4 weeks lack of work with no pay and told to use our vacation or unemployment. Then they had a mass lay off and we were told for months no more lack of work. Well it is coming up on the holiday season and we are told 4 more weeks of lack of work. The higher ups and salary employees still get paid and get a production bonus that the hourly employees got for them but we have to take 4 weeks off with no pay and use our vacation, wait we had to use our vacation for the previous lack of work.
