I am a financial leader with a focus on driving operating improvements. Throughout my career, I have led the implementation of automated systems and processes that have greatly expanded business capabilities, reduced costs, and achieved economies of scale. Experienced at delivering transformative change in both public and private settings, I have made valuable contributions to companies that include BDP International, H&R Block, Ceridian Corporation, and IBM.

I have led financial restructuring efforts and turned around poorly performing entities to achieve sustained profitability. In part, I attribute my success to my strengths in forming strategic partnerships and working as part of a cohesive team to generate the adoption and implementation of new ideas. I am fortunate to have worked in dynamic environments that embrace emerging technologies, and I have applied my talents in this area to achieve revenue growth and revitalize business performance.

One of the things for which I am particularly proud is my contribution in leading the sale of BDP International to private equity in one year after assuming CFO role. After 3 previous unsuccessful sale attempts, we executed a strategy to sell the company with a 40% increase in valuation from the prior offer.
