About The Position
We are seeking a lawyer to work hand-in-hand with our capital formation and investor relations team (the Fortress Client and Product Solutions Group, aka "CPSG"). The position will sit in the Fortress Legal and Compliance Department and will report to the Fortress Chief Compliance Officer. The successful candidate will work with CPSG and the Fortress Legal and Compliance Department on all aspects of fund marketing, investment and ongoing investor diligence, investor reporting, bespoke documents created at the request of prospects and investors, and other public facing communications, LP transfers, significant domestic and international regulatory compliance, and non-disclosure agreements. The individual will also work with various members of the front and back office in connection with all of the foregoing.
The ideal candidate will have:

About the Position
Fortress is seeking an Associate to join its Asset-Based Credit Group within the Credit Funds business. The Asset-Based Credit Group focuses on a broad mandate of investment opportunities across the capital structure in the specialty finance sector including consumer finance, commercial finance and other contractual cash flowing receivable assets. The team generally concentrates on lending against and acquiring assets originated by companies across these sectors. Responsibilities
The Digital Distribution Analyst will work with the digital distribution team to support our API portfolio to ensure our APIs meet business needs and are effectively integrated into our partners systems. The Loan Syndications Associate will be responsible for providing analytical and execution support to deliver customized debt solutions to Citi's Commercial Bank clients.
