Job Description
The Sanitation Associate serves as a member of the Fortune Fish & Gourmet's operations team. The incumbent's key responsibility is to maintain Fortune's facility and equipment at the highest levels of cleanliness to ensure product quality and process integrity. This is achieved by working effectively with operations employees and collaborating on appropriate sanitation solutions for the company.
Hours: Tuesday-Saturday Days/Evenings
Description
• Maintains cleanliness of overall facility, production area and equipment. This will include floors, walls, ceilings, removing trash and disinfecting all equipment as needed.
• Works closely with operations to ensure a clean environment and quality product.
• Follows company policies to ensure food safety and quality. Works to maintain and improve the sanitation process at Fortune.
• Monitor and report any potential contamination issues to Supervisor immediately.
• Adheres to all established GMP procedures and guidelines during the execution of job.
• Will use appropriate cleaning solutions during sanitation process and instruct others on their proper use.
• Maintains accurate records of cleaned areas in accordance with SOP. • Keeps cleaning supply closet/room orderly and clean at all time.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all Fortune employees. • Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
Minimum Requirements:
• Experience: One year of cleaning in a food processing environment. Exposure to proteins including; meat, poultry or seafood processing preferred.
• Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
• Work Ethic: Demonstrated desire to work in an exciting and fast-paced environment. Must be a team player with a positive attitude.
• Communications: Either English or Spanish verbal communication skills.
• Any combination of the above criteria will also be considered.

Expansive mortgage-backed securities allocation background.
Must have people manager experience because they will be managing Jersey City staff.
Ability to perform day-to-day processing activities of government and mortgage-backed operations team, including exception resolution, achievement of metrics and benchmarks, adherence to controls, audit follow-up, compliance, and risk management activities.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Being a member of the Fixed Income Clearance and Settlement Operations Team, the Associate Director will identify gaps in procedures and training, work with team leads to strengthen the control environment, improve the performance of the department, and provide direction and guidance to team leads to ensure departmental communication is clear and reaches all team members.

In addition, the Clearance & Settlement Associate Director will interact with partners and clients when appropriate to resolve processing issues, respond to client feedback, lead department projects and initiatives, delegate tasks where appropriate to foster an environment of developing junior staff, and provide opportunities for talent to grow.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform oversight of day-to-day processing activities of government and mortgage-backed operations team, including exception resolution, achievement of metrics and benchmarks, adherence to controls, audit follow-up, compliance, and risk management activities

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent experience.
Minimum 8 years of related experience in fixed income products, allocations, and settlements - with mortgage-backed experience being highly preferred.
