Qualifications
What you'll do as a Reconciling Clerk:
This role does not involve data entry or dispensing, labeling, packaging, or storage of medication stock.
Stage and set up totes and supplies for each delivery run.
Scan and verify that labeled items are distributed to the correct location, reconciling totes and packing slips.
Identify discrepancies and/or errors that need correction and bring to a pharmacist's attention.
Print delivery manifests and custom reports to be included in delivery totes.
Lock/seal totes and record of outgoing seal numbers prior to delivery pick-up.
Time-stamp and/or record delivery pick-ups.
Assist pharmacists with scanners and delivery software for STAT delivery pickups.
Ensure all applicable safety measures are practiced when handling hazardous material.
Communicate any last-minute changes to delivery drivers with regard to routes.
Operate and properly maintain pharmacy equipment as it relates to job duties.
What we need:
High School diploma or graduate equivalent degree. College preferred.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Perform basic math functions.
Knowledge of medication brand and generic names.
Sitting, standing, walking; at desk, in office throughout facility and pharmacy.
Operation of office machinery and Pharmacy equipment.
Occasionally lift/move items up to 40 pounds.

Ensure that medications and supplies bound for long-term care residents are correctly distributed to facilities with accurate documentation and utilizing appropriate safety and supply chain controls.

Assist in maintaining and managing inventory and supplies as they relate to work stations.

What we need
Current unencumbered license in the state of practice: Certified Pharmacy Technician (certification not required for Illinois Pharmacy Technicians licensed before 2008).

We are hiring an Oncology Sale Representative to support the launch of a newly approved targeted therapy for lung cancer! The Oncology Sales Representative will be responsible for selling a newly approved oncology product to oncology practices in an assigned geographic territory. Our representative will be providing value by engaging Oncologists, Oncology Nurses, office staff and pharmacists in face-to-face discussions.
The Oncology Sales Representatives will develop and maintain relationships with Health Care Providers by educating about our client's oncology product and its approved indications as well as the support services offered by our client for cancer patients.
Oncology Sales Representatives are expected to possess a high knowledge level of the product, disease state, the customers and territory.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Create, build, and maintain relationships and regular communication with physicians and key thought leaders in the US.
Utilize the customer relationship management system to keep call records including account planning.
Ensure a high level of expertise and customer service is delivered to all customers.
Responsible for collaborating effectively and mobilizing all appropriate resources.
Communication Skills: Good communication skills providing the product scientific information to healthcare professionals, oncologists, and other key stakeholders.

How you will contribute

You will evaluate donor reaction(s), which occurs at the facility as outlined in the SOPs. Follow applicable SOPs for medical emergencies including the development of Center Physician's standing orders and donor transport to emergency care facilities.
You will refer to the Center Physician or Medical Affairs (as applicable) when in need of providing unacceptable findings to donors, or guidance concerning medical or technical issues, including donor safety and eligibility.
You will support the Hepatitis B and Seasonal Flu vaccination programs for employees as applicable.
You will manage employee incidents and determine whether further evaluation is required by occupational health/ER. Refer to EHS guidance regarding employee incidents.
You can be a Pandemic Coordinator when authorized by EHS and support investigations associated with pandemic threats within the local community as indicated by EHS or Medical Affairs.

The Account Specialist is responsible for maximizing opportunities for the product portfolio in single layer geography.
