Demonstrated ability to supervise frontline teams in a fast-paced operational environment with a focus on inspiration and performance management. Ability to communicate effectively in English (verbal and written). Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP, i.e. SAP, Oracle, etc.), and reporting/data tools.
