Mechanical aptitude and knowledge in the proper use of hand, pneumatic and electric power tools, commonly used in a shop environment, required. Ability to successfully perform entry level repairs in the following areas. 12V & 24V electrical system Routine preventative maintenance procedures and services R134a air conditioning systems R&R hydraulic systems components (Basic hydraulic system knowledge is a plus) Charging systems and high-pressure fuel systems Cooling system repairs DTC diagnostics (entry level experience) Basic welding repairs Ability to interpret repair manual procedures and hydraulic and electrical schematics, Understand and follow prescribed shop and field safety regulations and procedures. Capable of working with minimum supervision. Must have strong decision-making skills that promote safe working conditions, timely/efficient repairs, and accurate accounting of labor and materials.
