The Mission Critical Transport Driver will deliver fuel to commercial and government customers while providing exceptional customer service. Foster Fuel Drivers are responsible and required to ensure their equipment is properly maintained and all records and reports required for DOT and Corporate compliance are met.
DUTIES
Drives Class A or B truck to pick up and deliver fuel products in the local markets.
Delivers fuel into a variety of tanks such as vehicles, underground storage tanks, above ground storage tanks, and portable fuel tanks.
Conducts pre-trip and post trip inspections of equipment for defects and safe operation conditions before and after trips, when stopped during the workday and submits a daily vehicle inspection report at the end of each day.
Performs basic preventive maintenance such as checking and maintaining appropriate fluid levels, replacing light bulbs and batteries, changing oil, and checking tire pressure.
Uses tablet to record fuel deliveries, enter time and records cargo data in a safely in timely manner while completing assigned deliveries.
Maintains records required for compliance with State and Federal regulations and including driver's logs, records of fuel purchases, mileage records and other records required by Foster Fuels, the state and federal regulations.
Ensures that all shipping documentation (bills of laden, weight tickets, meter tickets, etc.) required to move with shipments are available for inspection, that appropriate paperwork accompanies shipments when delivered, and that signed bills of laden for proof of delivery are turned into dispatch daily.
Promptly reports any delays due to breakdown, weather or traffic conditions, or other emergencies. Also reports if there is more than a one-hour delay in getting unloaded or loaded, or in the event of irregularities relating to pick up or deliver of fuel.
Conducts site visits and coordination with customers to ensure understanding of local delivery procedures.
Requires out of town deliveries for a few weeks at a time during emergency situations.
Performs other duties as assigned.

This role is responsible for vendor selection, contract negotiations, supply chain risk mitigation, and driving cost savings across multiple manufacturing sites.
You will serve as the internal subject matter expert on conductive commodity markets, proactively shaping procurement strategy and partnering with engineering, operations, and finance to ensure a secure, cost-effective, and compliant supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
Vendor Selection & Management: Lead sourcing and qualification of suppliers for copper and conductive materials. Establish relationships with domestic and international vendors to support quality, capacity, and pricing needs.
Contract Management: Negotiate and manage commodity contracts, including pricing structures, terms and conditions, volume commitments, and enforcement of supply agreements.

Qualifications:

Position Summary
The Capital Equipment Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering major equipment installations, upgrades, and facility infrastructure projects across manufacturing operations. This role ensures that capital projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and according to specification-coordinating efforts across Engineering, Operations, Procurement, Finance, and external contractors.
The position combines technical expertise with project management discipline, ensuring that every phase of equipment procurement and installation-from concept through commissioning-meets corporate standards and strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
Lead the end-to-end management of capital equipment projects, including scope definition, budget development, scheduling, and risk mitigation.
Develop detailed project execution plans (PEPs), including milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements.
Coordinate design reviews, procurement, fabrication, installation, and startup of new or upgraded manufacturing equipment.
Manage change control processes to ensure scope alignment and cost integrity.

Minimum Qualifications
+ Level II Technician requires three years of field experience servicing generator systems with some experience on 500kw+, proficient with preventative maintenance, retrofitting basic controls, minor ATS repairs and loadbanking equipment.
+ All Candidates should have a High School diploma or GED equivalent, related military experience or equivalent field experience.
+ Ability to perform triennial maintenance, engine diagnostics, fuel system priming and replacing failed engine components.
+ Operational and functional understanding of Automatic Transfer Systems, able to troubleshoot and repair with minimal direction.
+ Ability to read and decipher electronic schematics and troubleshoot discreet mechanical and electronic systems to the component level with guidance from our Product Support team.
+ Experience with or ability to quickly learn advanced generator and electric system controls including Woodward, Beckwith, and PLC equipment in an advanced electric controls environment.

Position Summary
The Construction Superintendent / Project Manager is responsible for overseeing all phases of a construction project, from initial planning and scheduling to execution and closeout. This dual-role professional will manage on-site construction activities while also maintaining high-level project coordination, ensuring that work is completed safely, on time, within scope, and on budget.
This role combines strong leadership, scheduling, and field supervision skills with project management oversight and stakeholder communication.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management:

The Mission Critical Emergency Fuel Driver is an on-call Class A or B driver with HazMat and Tanker endorsements whose job is to deliver fuel to destinations across the U.S. to provide exceptional customer service in challenging times. There will be times where conditions could be challenging, especially when responding to natural disasters where not all modern comforts and amenities are available. Previous events have been in response to blizzard, ice storms, tornadoes, hurricanes and widespread power outages. Foster Fuels' Drivers are responsible and required to ensure their equipment is properly maintained and all records and reports required for DOT and Corporate compliance are met. This individual will work under the direction of a full-time employee.
DUTIES
Drives fuel truck and/or truck and tanker (class A) to pick up and deliver fuel products as required in varying conditions.
Apply knowledge of commercial driving and skill in maneuvering vehicle at varying speeds in difficult situations, such as heavy traffic, inclement weather, or in tight loading/unloading areas.
Abides by all company, DOT, State and Federal transportation safety regulations.
Conducts thorough pre-trip and post trip inspections of equipment for defects and safe operating conditions before and after trips, submits a daily vehicle inspection report on the condition at the end of each day, and performs basic preventive maintenance to ensure fluid levels and tire pressure are maintained.
Maintains records required for compliance with State and Federal regulations and including driver's logs, records of fuel purchases, mileage records and other records required by Foster Fuels or state and federal regulations.
Ensures that all shipping documentation (bills of laden, weight tickets, etc.) required to move with shipments are available for inspection, that appropriate paperwork is provided when delivered, and delivery tickets are turned into dispatch daily.
Reports all accidents/incidents involving driver or company equipment immediately after an incident occurs to the supervisor and promptly reports any delays due to breakdown, weather or traffic conditions, or other emergencies. Also report if there is more than a one-hour delay in getting unloaded or loaded, or in the event of irregularities relating to pick up or deliver of fuel.
•Available to dispatch with Foster Fuels team with in 24 hours of notice of an activation.
Must be able to work flexible work varying schedules while activated.
Must have Demonstrated exceptional customer service in a previous work history.
Experience in related fields such as safety, first-aid, EMS, emergency response, fire service, etc. is a plus.

Requires Class 'A' or Class 'B' Driver's License with X endorsement (tanker, hazmat endorsements), current DOT physical examination card and clean DMV record to be maintained during the duration of employment.
Position travels outside of the local area for the duration of need when responding to an emergency event.
