You will perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs on molds and dies using various hand and power tools before escalating issues to maintenance technicians. **Responsibilities** + Set up molds and dies. + Complete mold changes and die setups. + Oversee cycle times of molds and dies. + Perform preventative maintenance on molds and dies. + Conduct minor maintenance on molds and dies before involving maintenance technicians. **Essential Skills** + Interested in changing careers? + At least 1 year of mechanical aptitude (e.g., backyard mechanic, auto mechanic, entry-level maintenance, setting up machines, farm hands). + Proficiency in using various hand tools (impact, nuts, bolts, etc.). + Ability to read a tape measure. + Capability to lift up to 50 lbs. + Experience using pneumatic tools. + Possession of steel toe boots/shoes. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of North Baltimore, OH. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.44 - $25.48/hr.
