Foth is currently seeking a team-focused, innovative, and results-oriented Civil Designer-Waterfront and Coastal Projects who has a desire to contribute to our clients' success and is looking for new learning experiences and career growth opportunities. This position will be based out of Green Bay, WI location.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Work with civil and structural designs to provide detailed AutoCAD drawings for marine infrastructure, waterfront site development, and dredge projects
* Develop base plans of existing conditions utilizing survey point files
* Design for waterfront site development including grading, drainage, utilities, pavement, etc.
* Develop construction plans and surface grading design
* Develop dredge templates and calculate dredge volumes between existing and proposed surfaces
* Develop structural drawings including plans, elevations, sections and details including concrete reinforcement and steel details
* Estimate CAD engineering hours for proposals
* Oversee and QC engineering work of others (e.g. drawings, calculations, designs, etc.)
* Document and update drawings for record ("As-Builts")
* Coordinate with other project disciplines as required
Required Qualifications:
* Associate degree in Civil Design, or a similar technical discipline
* Expertise using 3D design tools (Specifically AutoCAD Civil 3D)
Preferred Qualifications:
* Ability to multitask, prioritize, and communicate on multiple projects
* Knowledge of current ACI industry standard detailing practices for concrete design
* Knowledge of current AISC industry standard detailing practices for steel design
* Structural design background
* Waterfront civil infrastructure and dredging experience
* Consulting engineering experience with private and public clients

What Will You Be Doing?
As a Civil Engineer-EIT, you will be a team member on small and large projects under the guidance of a Senior Engineer.

+ Perform basic calculations to analyze and design components using company standard software and proprietary manufacturer software.
+ Assist team in preparing designs, drawings, specifications, presentations and reports, and gather information to support design decisions.

+ Assist in basic interpretation and verify compliance with applicable codes and engineering standards and practices.

Join our Franklin, WI office as a Civil Engineering Project Manager! We are looking for a team-focused, innovative, and results-oriented professional to manage engineering projects and client relationships.
As part of the Foth Municipal engineering team, you will work with multiple growing communities in Southeast Wisconsin. From municipal water and sewer projects to local roads and site design, you will manage a diverse portfolio of projects with the support of a highly technical team. Our internally developed project management process will provide the structure you need to succeed as a Project Manager at Foth.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Lead technical municipal engineering project activities focused on water systems, utilities, and roadway design
* Serve as client contact
* Lead, coordinate, and build teamwork among other members in all necessary disciplines
* Deliver projects within budget, schedule, and contractual commitments
* Work closely with relevant permitting agencies
* Develop technical reports, feasibility studies, and engineering designs
* Lead proposals and development of scope, schedule, and budget
* Establish objectives and provide performance feedback for project team members
Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
* Professional Engineer (PE) License in Wisconsin or ability to obtain within 12 months of employment
* Minimum of 2 years of experience with direct client contact and project management
* Minimum of 5 years of experience leading technical teams and conducting hands-on engineering including design, reports, and feasibility studies for municipal engineering projects
Preferred Qualifications:
* 10+ years of experience planning, designing, and constructing public utility projects
