Participate in capital improvement plans for growing Midwest communities. Prepare design plans, specifications, and bid documents for water and wastewater systems. Provide construction support services, including shop drawings, pay estimates, progress meetings, and construction services. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering. Professional Engineer (PE) License. 3+ years of experience in utility system analysis, sanitary sewer collection, drinking water systems, and /or wastewater conveyance municipal infrastructure improvements. Technical report writing.
