**Foth** is on the hunt for a dynamic and driven **Client Manager** to join our **Ports and Harbors** team! In this exciting role, you'll manage client relationships, spearhead new business ventures, and enhance opportunities for clients with complex environmental programs. You'll leverage your existing connections to develop new business, stay ahead of relevant regulations, lead proposal development, and maintain long-term client relationships. Plus, you'll ensure client satisfaction, collaborate with project managers for project success, and play a key role in strategic planning. Ideal candidates will be located in the **Midwest, Northeast, or Southeast United States; or Bay Area California** and are open to **25% travel.**
**Primary Responsibilities**

**Required Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Geology, or similar technical discipline
+ 10+ years of experience in engineering consulting services in either the public or private sector
+ Previous marine, waterfront, coastal, dredging and/or resiliency project experience
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ 15+ years of experience in engineering consulting services in either the public or private sector
+ Demonstrated success in business development in the port & harbor infrastructure and dredging market
+ A proven track record developing, retaining and maintaining clients
+ Proven technical leadership or project management on complex, multi-disciplined projects including preparation of design calculations, site plans, construction drawings and specifications, and other technical work products

The base compensation listed for this job posting reflects a general range for the posted position. Base compensation will vary based on factors such as: years of experience, location, level of responsibility and licenses/certifications. In addition to base compensation, Foth members may be eligible to receive bonuses through our Earned Performance Incentive program. All employees are eligible for On-the-Spot bonuses. Position Overview: In this exciting role, you will develop and maintain project schedules and cost controls for engineering and construction projects. As a Lead Project Scheduler, you can expect to spend 75% of your time on scheduling responsibilities and the other 25% on cost controls. Intermediate Excel skills, including data analysis, conditional formatting, data validation, and pivot tables.

Your Opportunity
We provide our clients a full range of surveying and mapping services. Through our work, we define land boundaries and analyze spatial data. + Leads the design and execution of utility coordination programs for mega and super mega projects including, but not limited to, subsurface utility investigation, resolution of utility conflicts, the management of documentation as required by the client and utility clearance that is in conformance with state/federal regulations and industry standards.
+ Oversees the preparation and packaging of utility construction permits for submission to municipal and state agencies, including Relocation Claim Letters (RCL), Notice to Owners (NTO) and Utility Agreements (UA), as appropriate.
+ Collaborates with other HNTB utility coordination teams to facilitate discussions and shape industry best practices.
+ Provides regular reporting surrounding utility coordination status and risks to project scope, schedule, and budget to all stakeholders.
+ Facilitates and monitors progress related to utility conflict resolution.
+ May be responsible for a deputy PM role, coordinating time and budget on jobs, ensuring quality controls are maintained, developing project scope and fee, and assisting in the preparation of proposals and contracts.

Position Overview: In this role, you will provide on-site construction management for a variety of industrial project types at any of our client facilities. Project types could include equipment installations, facility construction, site work, process/packaging line installations, and/or wholesale facility repurposing. Delivery methods include both design-bid-build and turnkey (led by Foth).Some specific duties of this role are:
Promote, support, and monitor safety policies of Foth and Foth Clients
Work with the client to resolve conflicts and build the Foth-Client relationship
Serve as a primary technical point of contact with the client and internal design teams relative to construction
Ability to travel to be full-time on-site
Perform construction management oversight activities for Design Build installation projects to ensure a quality installation per the project and/or client specifications
Maintain and coordinate construction schedules in conjunction with engineering, trades, vendors, and the client
Lead and coordinate construction trades to ensure safe, within-budget, and on-schedule construction scope execution
Exercise judgment to independently resolve day-to-day issues on construction site
Coordinate resolution of technical and design issues with an engineering team (Foth or others)
Change management for scope, schedule, and budget in conjunction with the project manager
Provide value-added input to project constructability reviews
Keep the Project Manager and other key stakeholders informed of site activity (daily report)
Required Qualifications:
Associate's Degree in a related field or equivalent technical experience
10+ years of industrial construction management experience
OSHA 10, 1926
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management
Project Management experience in the engineering or construction fields
OSHA 30, 1926
Possess a valid general contractor license or have the ability to obtain one within 12 months of hire

This position will be supporting our Green Bay, WI location.Primary Responsibilities:
Perform Process Safety Studies on audited Process & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID's)
Size pressure relief valves and vents
Size control valves and flow limiters
Prepare system pressure loss, flow, maximum equipment pressure and vacuum, and similar calculations
Interact with clients on a regular basis
Adhere to specifications and standards set forth by client
Communicate effectively across all levels within organization
Secondary Responsibilities:
Audit P&ID's in the field and redline as needed
Take field dimensions, gather equipment information, measure equipment, prepare sketches, and develop piping isometrics
Travel as required for field work and/or other client/business objectives
Required Qualifications:
1+ years of experience with P&ID and PFD knowledge related to process systems
Ability to gain certification to perform process safety studies at Procter & Gamble required

Join **Foth** as a **Process Utilities Engineer** , where you'll play a key role in delivering innovative utility solutions for industrial clients. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the development and execution of process utility systems while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to drive project success. **Primary Responsibilities:**

The base compensation listed for this job posting reflects a general range for the posted position. Base compensation will vary based on factors such as: years of experience, location, level of responsibility and licenses/certifications. In addition to base compensation, Foth members may be eligible to receive bonuses through our Earned Performance Incentive program. All employees are eligible for On-the-Spot bonuses.
