Eric leads Deluxe, overseeing the company’s platform and portfolio of content transformation, technologies and delivery solutions for creators, aggregators, studios, distributors and super-platforms. In his previous role as CFO of Deluxe, Eric oversaw the company’s long-term business and financial planning, working closely with executives across each business unit to establish and achieve key business objectives. He guided Deluxe’s operational and financial transformation, establishing a more efficient capital structure in order to better meet the needs of the rapidly evolving global content ecosystem. Eric brings more than 20 years of financial leadership and operational experience to Deluxe. He has previously played a vital role in growing software, services and technology related businesses as both a CFO and General Manager. Prior to joining Deluxe in 2018, Eric was CFO of Harland Financial Solutions, which he successfully grew and sold first to D+H, a global payments and lending technology provider, and Vista Equity Partners, a software and technology focused private equity firm. He also spent nearly 15 years at Honeywell in executive management roles across finance, operations and general management.

Kimberly 'Kim' Snyder is a Board Member at Panavision and President/CEO at Panavision and is based in Woodland, California. She has worked as Pres:Entertainment Imaging at EASTMAN KODAK CO and President/Gen Manager:Imaging at EASTMAN KODAK CO. Kimberly studied at California University of Pennsylvania between 1980 and 1984 and Simon School of Business, University of Rochester between 1989 and 1991.

Haig Bagerdjian is a Chairman/President/CEO/CFO at Point.360. He has worked as Board Member at Carbonone Technologies Inc, Board Member at INNODATA INC, and Exec VP/Secretary at Syncor International. Haig studied at Harvard Law School and University of Southern California.

Wes Bailey joined 4Wall in 2003 as a shop technician, working at 4Wall while attending college. Early in his career with the company he joined the asset management team and assisted with inventory control and the creation of the company’s inventory database. In 2007, Wes assumed the role of Director of Marketing for the company, spearheading the rapid growth of UsedLighting.com into a true e-commerce platform while also driving marketing efforts for 4Wall as a whole. After being promoted to VP of M&A and Product Strategy in 2015, Wes took charge of standardizing product strategy and operational standards for the company while also leading deal sourcing and integration for 11 acquisitions in under three years. In 2018 he was named President and COO of the company and took charge of day-to-day operations, product strategy and infrastructure prior to assuming the role of CEO in 2020. Having a diverse background working in multiple parts of the company influences how Wes approaches his role as CEO, where he continues to oversee daily operations globally for 4Wall. Wes received his undergraduate degree from the University of Nevada Las Vegas and is also a graduate of the Stanford Graduate School of Business Executive Leadership Development program.
