Foundation Communities seeks a fundraising professional to join our Individual Giving and Engagement (IGE) Team. The IGE Team is charged with inspiring individuals to participate and invest in our work, which can transform lives. Spearheads logistics, manages timelines, assignments, deliverables:
Collaborates with additional internal staff/departments/residents to facilitate cross-departmental live and virtual events that foster community building, care and respect through our trauma-informed approach
Partners in weekly Prospect and Donor Cultivation - one-on-one stewardship and relationship building, using various cultivation strategies:
Enthusiastically participates in on-going calls, meetings, emails, mailings to acknowledge, thank, invite and inform supporters and prospects about our work
Leads or supports monthly Donor Engagement Events - live and virtual - Spearheads logistics, manages timelines; supports and participates in strategy, planning, execution, follow up
Supports Major Gifts programs - Actively participates in research, qualification, supports identification, cultivation and stewardship, ultimately developing mid-level prospect portfolio
Maintains detailed donor and prospect communication records using Raiser's Edge CRM
Takes active leadership role in our annual mid-October Fundraising Event - Supports all aspects of strategy, planning, logistics, execution and follow up.
Recruits 15 or more Table Hosts and prospects
Collaborates with multiple internal staff/departments/residents to facilitate a successful event
Leads volunteer recruitment and trainings for one/two-day fundraising event - August through October
Actively participates in follow up, stewardship, ongoing cultivation
Spearheads annual On-line Giving Campaigns - Lead Amplify Austin (March) and N Texas Giving Day (September) campaigns
Collaborate with team and additional departments to strategize, schedule and manage all aspects of campaign, including marketing and social media plans, donor and prospect outreach, stewardship, ongoing cultivation.
Collaborates with and supports the IGE Data and Gift Administration team
Participates in and supports additional IGE team projects and activities as assigned and helps to advance the organization's priorities
Minimum Qualifications (experience, education, credentials, language):
Combination of higher education and experience yielding the skills and abilities detailed above
Fundraising, high-level sales management, customer or client-facing experience is required
Experience in event planning, execution and follow-up is required
Excellent written and oral communication skills; marketing communications are a plus; practice in ethical storytelling is a big plus
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite is required
One year or more experience with Raiser's Edge or similar data/CRM platform is preferred
Self-starter with strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to think strategically
Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team in a face-paced work environment
Personal transportation is required

What You'll Do as an System Administrator I:

Position Description: The Leasing Consultant acts as the primary sales representative for the community. This position would be working at the location. This is a floating position between two properties- Juniper Creek & Laurel Creek.

Primary Duties/Responsibilities
Presents a professional friendly office atmosphere while greeting prospective and current residents
Work generated leads in order to lease apartments and fulfill leasing and move-in goals
Conducts tours of the community and specific apartments with prospective residents
Maintains a consistent level of sales closings
Completes guest cards, sends thank-you notes, and follows up on every qualified prospect
Qualifies prospects according to Foundation Communities Criteria
Monitors local market trends and conditions, and updates property comparable once a month
Completes all new & renewal lease paperwork, collects initial deposits, fees and rental payments
Inspects models and vacant units daily to ensure readiness
Assists in keeping grounds clean, and reports community maintenance needs.
Minimum Requirements
Normally receives no instruction on routine work, general instructions on new assignments
Organizational and filing skills
Possess knowledge of the specific programs relative to the property; including the gathering and verification of all documentation necessary to meet program compliance
Preferred Requirements
One (1) year of practical experience in sales or customer relations
Ability to communicate fluently in English and proficiency in another language (Spanish, and/or Arabic, and/or Pashto)
Fair housing training
Onesite software experience
Working Conditions
An occupational exposure to blood or other potentially infectious materials can be expected. May be asked to clean up bodily fluids with appropriate training and personal protective equipment provided.
Physical Requirements
While performing the duties of this job, the following functions are required:

Partners in weekly Prospect and Donor Cultivation - one-on-one stewardship and relationship building, using various cultivation strategies:

Collaborates with and supports the IGE Data and Gift Administration team
Participates in and supports additional IGE team projects and activities as assigned and helps to advance the organization's priorities
Minimum Qualifications (experience, education, credentials, language):
Combination of higher education and experience yielding the skills and abilities detailed above
Fundraising, high-level sales management, customer or client-facing experience is required
Experience in event planning, execution and follow-up is required
Excellent written and oral communication skills; marketing communications are a plus; practice in ethical storytelling is a big plus
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite is required
One year or more experience with Raiser's Edge or similar data/CRM platform is preferred
Self-starter with strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to think strategically

The Youth Development Clinical Specialist integrates therapeutic practice with youth development principles to promote the mental, emotional, and behavioral well-being of children and adolescents engaged in Foundation Communities programs. The Specialist provides counseling, emotional support, and clinical case management to youth and families, with services primarily delivered through the organization's Learning Centers-key spaces for engagement, prevention, and therapeutic support.
Grounded in trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and strengths-based approaches, this role supports emotional wellness, resilience, and healthy family relationships. The Specialist offers on-site counseling and interventions for youth experiencing emotional, behavioral, or relational challenges impacting learning, development, or stability, while collaborating with program teams to create supportive environments where youth can thrive. In addition to client services, the Specialist trains and supports youth program staff in trauma-informed engagement and provides clinical supervision for social work interns and LMSWs as an LCSW-S.
This position is funded for three years, with potential for extension based on program outcomes and funding.
Essential Job Functions
• Provide case management and referral services for children and families experiencing behavioral, social-emotional, or mental health challenges.
• Conduct child- and family-centered assessments to identify strengths, needs, and potential risks.
