Foundation For The Carolinas (FFTC) is a community foundation that connects and inspires individuals, companies, and organizations to involve in charitable and philanthropic opportunities. Foundation For The Carolinas operates various centers to offer its services, including The Center for Personal Philanthropy: a center that helps families and individuals define and achieve their charitable goals by providing with advice, services, and personalized philanthropic solutions; The Center for Corporate Philanthropy: a center that offers charitable funds, philanthropic expertise, and grantmaking support with the aim of helping businesses manage charitable giving, engage employees, and stay focused on business priorities; and The Center for Nonprofit Sustainability: a center that helps nonprofit organizations by offering them with guidance and philanthropic services.\ The foundation supports the work of 13 regional communities by engaging local leadership, managing endowments, and providing grantmaking services to help inspire philanthropy. Its supports the regional communities of Cabarrus, Charlotte, Mecklenburg, Cleveland, Iredell, Lexington, Lincoln, Richmond, Salisbury, Stanly, and Union in North Carolina; and Cherokee, Lancaster, and York in South Carolina. Foundation For The Carolinas manages numerous scholarship funds that provide grants to help students attending public and private institutions at graduate and undergraduate levels as well as for private K-12 schools. Foundation For The Carolinas was established in1958 and is based in Charlotte, North Carolina, United States.
