Kent is a business leader serving diverse customer needs in both high growth & economic downturns. He founded/led a company through a successful IPO on NASDAQ & drove double digit top/bottom-line growth for a ~$500M business, has 20+ years of success in achieving revenue, profit & business growth objectives within start-up, turnaround/rapidly-changing environments. His logistical, distribution service, fulfillment & manufacturing expertise informs all his work.

As Founder, President, CEO & Director of Fenix Parts, he combined 8 leading recyclers to form the industry’s 2nd largest recycler (~$125M revenue), led it through a concurrent contingent IPO on NASDAQ in 2015.

Earlier, at Stericycle, as VP of Ops, Eastern US he delivered double digit top/bottom line growth for a ~$500M business. As BioSystems VP, Kent built out the national infrastructure to support rollout for a new service offering. Serving as Bus Dev Director, he executed Stericycle’s aggressive acquisition strategy.

Kent’s entrepreneurship early in his career led to founding and building 3 companies with annual revenue of $14M.

He has a BS in Economics from the University of Oklahoma.

Lee joined Shopular to run all things marketing. Previously, she was the VP of Marketing at Linden Lab where she let the brand's transformation from a single to a multi product, multi platform brand. Prior, she served as the VP, US Comparison Shopping and Online Marketing for Become.com where she worked closely with over 3,500 of the top online retailers as well as with strategic partners such as Google and eBay. She also ran Broadspan Commerce, a conglomerate of e-commerce sites (like Totalbedroom.com and Directlyhome.com) specializing in home furnishings and decor. Earlier in her career, she oversaw marketing for the Naked Juice Company's East Coast operations where she was on a team that grew the business and subsequently sold it to PepsiCo in 2006. Lee holds an MBA from The Harvard Business School and a BA in History with minors in French, Spanish and Italian from Brandeis University.

Thomas Kominsky is a Leveraged Finance Associate at Bmo Capital Markets Gkst Inc and Chief Financial Officer at Foundation Partners Group and is based in Florida. He has worked as Syndicated Capital Markets at BANK OF AMERICA CORP DE, Analyst - Leveraged Finance at BANK OF AMERICA CORP DE, and Dir:Industrial Investment Banking at BMO Capital Markets. Thomas studied at Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Kellogg School of Management of Northwestern University between 2006 and 2009, and DePauw University between 1999 and 2003.
