Assist with on-site and remote troubleshooting of hardware and software. 6.Set up, install, and configure MFPs for all Founders locations and maintain user access on servers. 7.Maintain current and accurate inventory of technical hardware and software. 8.Complete outstanding ServiceNow requests for employees in a timely manner. 9.Provide secondary support for incoming calls to the IT Service Desk. 10.Ensure all branch locations are properly equipped with optimally functioning IT equipment. 11.Assist with installing, deploying, and troubleshooting of network equipment. 12.Participate in departmental project implementations. 13.Assist with Cisco phone upgrades. 14.Ensure all applicable cabling standards are maintained. 15. Assist with mobile device upgrades and deployment. 16.Travel to branches for daily assignments. 17.Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate new software and computer equipment. 18.Be familiar with multiple software platforms such as KACE, Active Directory, Entra ID, AutoPilot, Office365. 19.Install and configure remote monitoring for new FIT CUSO customers. 20.Monitor and manage open tickets for FIT CUSO customers. 21.Follow the asset management lifecycle process and procedures to support the efforts in maintaining an accurate and efficient configuration management inventory. 22.Adhere to the principle of least privileged access to reduce the risk of unauthorized access to critical systems or sensitive data by maintaining account permissions to accounts, processes and programs only required to do the job assigned. 23.Adhere to the expectations set forth in the IT Service Desk Guidelines. 24.Perform all other duties as assigned. Job Specifications: The Service Desk Technician should possess the ability to understand and explain technical details. The individual must also work well with others in a changing environment. The technician must be able to analyze, prioritize, troubleshoot, and resolve issues presented from several different sources. The ideal candidate will also possess the following skills & qualifications: Information Technology related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education (Associates in a Technology related degree) and experience is required. Must pass the HDI Desktop Advanced Support Technician certification within 1 year of employment. Technical certification(s) to complement experience: A+, Net+, Microsoft Certification or equivalent. Understanding of technology required. (Laptops, Desktops, Printers, Windows, & Networks). Demonstrated empathy and understanding for end users. (friendly, courteous, and helpful). 2+ year(s) experience in customer service, financial industry, or call center required. 2+ year(s) experience required troubleshooting PCs, MacOS, software, hardware, plus installation along with basic network skills. Commitment to quality - strong attention to detail and accuracy in work and documentation. Proven dependability and professionalism. This role receives some direction as they develop their advanced technical and professional experience. They must demonstrate the ability to ask relevant questions and a desire to identify root causes of issues. At least two years of PC troubleshooting and software installation experience is preferred along with basic network skills. The ability to learn quickly and adapt to technological changes is required. Lifting equipment up to 50 pounds will be required. Due to the nature of project deadlines and implementation schedules, evening and weekend work will be required. Work closely with Mortgage Loan Officer and mortgage staff to ensure mortgage loan applications are handled in a professional and timely manner. Must have excellent time management and organization skills, high level of accuracy, and the ability to multi-task in a fast pace environment with a high volume work queue. Must maintain integrity of all member sensitive data. Satisfy all loan conditions when received from Mortgage Underwriter, track outstanding documents and follow up with member to collect all required documentation for the mortgage loan. Ascertain loan file readiness for underwriting and submit files to the assigned Mortgage Underwriter. Validate that each loan file approval is within the established lending guidelines. Review credit reports for derogatory credit lines or disputes and other important factors. Proficiently utilize MortgageBot, Imageflow and DocMagic when preparing initial and final mortgage documents. Communicate with other industry professionals, including but not limited to, appraisers, settlement agents, county clerks and insurance companies. Request a real estate appraisal from a licensed real estate appraiser and follow-up until appraisal is received. Request preliminary real estate title opinion or title commitment and follow-up until legal work is received. Verify insurance by obtaining a copy of the policy and must be able to verify policyholders, property address, coverage amounts, policy dates and premiums. Ensure that loan files contain documents with proper signatures, dates, HMDA, escrow and other relevant data. Upload and accurately index all required mortgage documentation into ImageFlow. Verify insurance by obtaining a copy of the policy and must be able to verify policyholders, property address, coverage amounts, policy dates and premiums. Ensure that loan files contain documents with proper signatures, dates, HMDA, escrow and other relevant data. Upload and accurately index all required mortgage documentation into ImageFlow. Set and confirm closing dates with the member and attorney along with adding or updating the information on the SharePoint Closing Calendar. Reflect efficiency and a positive member experience by creating a culture of accountability and high productivity. Must verify borrower's verification of employment and verification of mortgage/rent when needed. Achieve production goals as established by Founders Federal Credit Union. Ensure RTA and BCP/BIA testing is completed in areas of system ownership. Assist system owners when required to perform their testing on new and existing systems. Develop and manage the backup and recovery environments at each data center, maintaining software/hardware maintenance and upgrades, to ensure the validity and protection of backup data. Administration and operations of daily backups and system health alerts. Maintain enterprise infrastructure performance goals through monitoring and analysis, to proactively identify and address potential issues, before they impact business operations to ensure high availability and minimizing downtime. Manage and maintain patch management processes and ongoing vulnerability remediation. Manage and maintain firmware on hardware supporting the virtual server and backup/recovery environments. Responsible for adhering to change management processes, incident response, and testing methodologies, for modifications to systems and/or software. This includes anticipating, mitigating, identifying, responding to, troubleshooting and resolving issues with the systems and/or software. Develop and maintain detailed documentation related to new and existing enterprise infrastructure products and systems; including data flow maps, data protection systems and topology diagrams. Define, identify, and document Recovery Time Objectives, Recovery Point Objectives, and resource requirements needed in the event of a technical or business outage.
