The Service Desk Technician II is responsible for technical support for all Founders employees and CUSO customers as well as assisting with Founders enterprise project implementations. They must also provide training for new IT Techs.
Job Duties :
1.Excellent organizational, oral and written communication skills.
2.Follow procedures and processes per management direction. This role requires some direction from management or team members.
3. Install, deploy, and maintain hardware and software to all end users.
4.Provide training for new IT Techs on deployment of software, hardware and ServiceNow workflows, while expressing the importance of maintaining a positive end user experience.
5. Assist with on-site and remote troubleshooting of hardware and software.
6.Set up, install, and configure MFPs for all Founders locations and maintain user access on servers.
7.Maintain current and accurate inventory of technical hardware and software.
8.Complete outstanding ServiceNow requests for employees in a timely manner.
9.Provide secondary support for incoming calls to the IT Service Desk.
10.Ensure all branch locations are properly equipped with optimally functioning IT equipment.
11.Assist with installing, deploying, and troubleshooting of network equipment.
12.Participate in departmental project implementations.
13.Assist with Cisco phone upgrades.
14.Ensure all applicable cabling standards are maintained.
15. Assist with mobile device upgrades and deployment.
16.Travel to branches for daily assignments.
17.Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate new software and computer equipment.
18.Be familiar with multiple software platforms such as KACE, Active Directory, Entra ID, AutoPilot, Office365.
19.Install and configure remote monitoring for new FIT CUSO customers.
20.Monitor and manage open tickets for FIT CUSO customers.
21.Follow the asset management lifecycle process and procedures to support the efforts in maintaining an accurate and efficient configuration management inventory.
22.Adhere to the principle of least privileged access to reduce the risk of unauthorized access to critical systems or sensitive data by maintaining account permissions to accounts, processes and programs only required to do the job assigned.
23.Adhere to the expectations set forth in the IT Service Desk Guidelines.
24.Perform all other duties as assigned.
Job Specifications:
The Service Desk Technician should possess the ability to understand and explain technical details. The individual must also work well with others in a changing environment. The technician must be able to analyze, prioritize, troubleshoot, and resolve issues presented from several different sources. The ideal candidate will also possess the following skills & qualifications:
Information Technology related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education (Associates in a Technology related degree) and experience is required.
Must pass the HDI Desktop Advanced Support Technician certification within 1 year of employment.
Technical certification(s) to complement experience: A+, Net+, Microsoft Certification or equivalent.
Understanding of technology required. (Laptops, Desktops, Printers, Windows, & Networks).
Demonstrated empathy and understanding for end users. (friendly, courteous, and helpful).
2+ year(s) experience in customer service, financial industry, or call center required.
2+ year(s) experience required troubleshooting PCs, MacOS, software, hardware, plus installation along with basic network skills.
Commitment to quality - strong attention to detail and accuracy in work and documentation.
Proven dependability and professionalism.
This role receives some direction as they develop their advanced technical and professional experience. They must demonstrate the ability to ask relevant questions and a desire to identify root causes of issues. At least two years of PC troubleshooting and software installation experience is preferred along with basic network skills. The ability to learn quickly and adapt to technological changes is required. Lifting equipment up to 50 pounds will be required.
Due to the nature of project deadlines and implementation schedules, evening and weekend work will be required.

Have complete working knowledge of loan and Visa products and policies. Responsibilities and Duties:
The Voice Communications Analyst is responsible for the day-to-day administration duties of Founders' Unified Communications systems and related systems or applications. This position is also responsible for assisting with support of all mobile telephone and wireless data devices in the organization.
Act as a first line of support to monitor and resolve unified communications support calls for the Credit Union.
Maintain communications equipment to support telecom and video services for end users, including general phone extension setup and voicemail as well as enhanced services.
Configure and maintain system administration for Cisco Communications Manager, Cisco Unity, Cisco UCCX Contact Center Software, Cisco Webex and other related telecom and A/V systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical related issues with use of mobile devices and equipment. Complete end user setup and training for new devices.
Coordinate with team members to assist in refresh and deployment of mobile devices.
Assist with setup and ongoing maintenance of physical layer network assets at corporate buildings and branches.
Provide Founders FIT CUSO support as required to promote client services and development of IT programs.
Create and maintain documentation as required for Founders communications and related systems.
Provide assistance to On-Call staff as needed after hours, which includes resolving ATM and branch network and telecom issues.
Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing of telecommunication services.
Assist with any telecommunication projects and upgrades as needed.
Assist Network Team with deployment of Network Hardware and other Network related initiatives as needed at corporate or branch locations.
Comply with Founders' policies and procedures, as well applicable laws, regulations, and statutes issued by federal agencies such as NCUA and FFIEC, including, but not limited to, GLB and BSA. Job Specifications:
The Voice Communications Analyst must possess excellent oral and communication skills, including the ability to understand, explain, and write technical details. Employee should have skills necessary to perform day-to-day administration of Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Cisco Webex and related applications such as Contact Center Express and Calabrio ONE. Employee should also be familiar with maintaining and troubleshooting mobile devices, specifically Apple iPhones and iPads, including the Microsoft Intune MDM Platform.
Qualifications include a degree or equivalent from a four-year college or technical school, 5+ year's related experience in a support field, or equivalent combination of education and experience is desired. Maintain an active membership in FS-ISAC (Financial Services Information Sharing and Analysis member) or ISO22301 Business Continuity Management and obtain certifications within four years for: Cisco CCNA Voice and CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management).

Work closely with third party vendors and internal team members for successful implementation.

Adhere to proper change control processes.
Actively lead meetings with FIT, LLC customers, keeping track of milestones and due dates.

Understand and explain the eligibility requirements for membership. Perform account maintenance, order checks, mail forms, send applications and assist members with any problems they may incur with our services, while being aware of call volume and continuing to handle incoming calls.
Handle the complex accounts of credit union members accurately. Perform computer transactions for members according to procedures set forth in the manual.
Supply members with information on interest rates, savings accounts, certificates, or any services offered by the credit union.
Subject matter experts for Online Banking, BillPay, Mobile Deposit, Savvy Money, Online loan, and account opening processes.
Responsible for overall plastic card maintenance, such as issuing cards, blocking cards, and assisting with problems. Assist members with questions associated with card products and card alerts.
Complete proper dispute forms for debit and ATM card.
Remain aware of and identify potentially fraudulent activity, safeguarding the Credit Union from any potential losses.
Monitor and keep abreast of all Credit Union promotions and marketing materials sent to the membership and ensure you are prepared to answer any questions the member may have on these materials.
Perform extensive verification via phone for members prior to making any account changes or giving account sensitive information. Make a concentrated effort to identify/authenticate each member and be always courteous and pleasant.
Respond to inquiries, resolve problems, and fulfil member requests by researching and exploring alternative solutions and completing transactions in a timely and professional manner. If unable to assist members with relevant information in a timely manner, request assistance from team leader as needed.
Understand and recognize FFCU products and services and be comfortable cross selling Call 24, Online Banking, Mobile Banking, eStatements, Debit/Credit Cards, ATM cards, etc.
Provide credit union information to potential members, and mail/email promotional materials as needed.
Identify and recommend process improvements or new products based on member interactions to enhance the members' experience and improve retention.
Recognize, document, and alert the supervisor of trends in member calls.
