Monitor product order and inventory status to ensure timely and accurate delivery and invoicing. Provide back-up support to office personnel as needed. May oversee department when the Department Manager is not available. Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications

Overview
An Assistant General Manager is responsible for supporting the Restaurant Manager, Shift leaders and Team.

* Manages cash over/short in restaurant and ensures team members are following franchisee's cash management policies
* Engages with Dunkin' Brands Field Operations team as appropriate
Management Responsibilities Include:
* Recruit, hire, onboard and develop restaurant team members
* Assist team and shift lead performance appraisal process
* Coach restaurant team members to drive sales, improve profitability and guest satisfaction

Conduct substance abuse assessments using DSM and ASAM criteria.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.

What You Bring

LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAC, Psychologist, Physician, APRN
Or nationally recognized addiction counseling credentials (e.g., LAC, CADAC II-V, ICACI, ICACII, NCAC I/II, MAC, LSW).
