Pros of working at Fountain Construction

Fountain construction is a great place for stable work that will usually keep you some what local. Guaranteed 40 hours.

Cons of working at Fountain Construction

I saw where middle management was not holding responsibility for their actions and choices and would pass the buck onto the site supervisor which would cause issues with moral.

I enjoy the comradery of fcc the group of guys I was working with were all professionals and it was nice to be amongst hard working competent people.
