Their primary objective is to confirm that systems are installed and operating in accordance with the project design through thorough testing and verification. The agent documents any issues or deficiencies and ensures corrective actions are implemented. This process enhances overall facility quality, extends equipment life, improves performance, and maximizes efficiency for the owner.
Role and Responsibilities
* Lead the commissioning team and commissioning process on assigned projects.

About this Position:
Our Registered Respiratory Therapists administer all therapeutic, diagnostic, and mechanical modalities under the purview of Respiratory Care Services, for which the Therapist has demonstrated appropriate proficiency, and has been documented as competent to perform these procedures. What you will do
Works collaborately with other Pediflite team members to provide high quality pre-hospital and inter-facility advanced critical care.
Transports patients via ground or air while practicing in accordance with philosophy, policies, procedures, and standards of the hospital. Functions within the guidelines of the protocols for the transport program.
Responsible for assisting the team leader in obtaining pertinent neonatal and child hood histories, performing physical assessments and management plans. Performs necessary diagnostic and therapeutic procedures within the scope of practice of a paramedic.
Identifies, plans, implements, and evaluates the stabilization of emergency care of the acutely ill neonates, infants, children, and/or adolescents as team lead or in collaboration with the team leader and medical control physicians.
Performs diagnosistic and therapeutic procedures as indicate for identification and management of problems including airway management and assessment. This include but not limited to endotracheal intubation and mechanical ventilation.
Functions as a medical flight member by attending pre-mission briefings and mission debriefings and completes necessary documentation. Assists in pre-mission liftoff checklist and assists pilot as requested, i.e., radio, navigational, and visual observation activities.
Complies with safety standards to assure safety of self, medical personnel, patient, and equipment. Conducts aircraft safety briefings as needed.

The Paralegal provides high-level legal and administrative support to the Legal, Risk Management, and Compliance Department and is responsible for claim/litigation support. The Paralegal reports to the VP, Senior Associate Counsel and communicates with Hospital personnel, outside attorneys, and others regarding complex legal and compliance matters as assigned.
Responsibilities:
1. Works directly with in-house counsel to perform a broad range of litigation-related duties and responsibilities, including preparing litigation hold letters, drafting responses to written discovery requests, performing research, and monitoring litigation relevant to Children's and its affiliates.
2. Conducts legal research on a variety of matters including health care, pediatric, and employment matters.
3. Drafts, reviews, and edits a wide variety of legal documents including NDAs, employment agreements, and BAAs. Prepares contract termination letters as requested.
4. Manages the hospital's subpoenas process. Drafts various motions as required. Provides education to employees with respect to their subpoena obligations and assists in preparing employees to for court proceedings.
5. Serves as a liaison between in-house counsel and outside attorneys and agencies seeking information, documents, and/or testimony from Children's and its employees; gathers and produces documentation as required.
6. Assists the legal, compliance, and risk departments with research related to regulatory obligations. Prepares compliance summaries, training materials, and internal guidance documents.
7. Compiles and prepares certificates of insurance and claims histories for medical staff members and other certificates of insurance as appropriate.
8. Assists the VP, Senior Associate Counsel and Director Risk Management with claim management by giving notice to insurance carriers, ensuring receipt of coverage letters, providing regular and requested updates. Collaborates with insurance carriers for effective claim management.
9. Supports the Vice President of Compliance and Privacy Manager with investigations, audits, and other projects as assigned.
10. Completes special projects and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
1. Either a) Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 3 years of experiencing working as a paralegal in a law firm or in-house legal department, or (b) Associate's Degree and a minimum of 5 years of experiencing working as a paralegal in a law firm or in-house legal department. In-house legal department experience preferably in health care.
2. Paralegal Certificate is strongly preferred.
3. Experience working as a litigation paralegal is strongly preferred.
4. Strong understanding of legal concepts and processes. Understanding of healthcare law, including HIPAA, compliance, and risk management is a plus.
5. Excellent critical thinking and communication (written and verbal) skills are required.
6. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) programs is required. Experience with legal research, contract management, and matter management programs is preferred.
7. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple deadlines.
8. Collaborative mindset and ability to communicate effectively with clinical and administrative staff.
9. Must have the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of professionalism.

About this Position:
As an Occupational Therapist in our outpatient clinics, you will have the time and resources to provide one-on-one carewith 45-minute treatment sessions, ensuring high-quality interactions and better patient outcomes. In this role you will be responsible for examining, evaluating and testing individuals with mechanical, physiological and developmental impairments, functional limitations, and disabilities or other health and movement-related conditions in order to determine a diagnosis, prognosis and plan of treatment intervention, and assess the ongoing effects of intervention. The OT is also responsible for alleviating impairments, functional limitations and disabilities by designing, implementing and modifying treatment interventions. Additional responsibilities include reducing the risk of injury, impairment, functional limitation and disability, including the promotion and maintenance of fitness, health and wellness in populations of all ages. The OT will be engaged in administration, consultation, education and research. The OT will be expected to conduct themselves in an effective professional behavior manner. Our school based program is currently looking for a School Based Counselor to add to our team. Working in a Lake county school, the Counselor works independently to develop relationships with clients, families, school officials and other interested parties with meeting the students' mental and behavioral health needs. This role will provide assessments, individual, group and family therapy as needed while also acting as a strong advocate for clients and consultant with our school partners. An interdisciplinary approach offers the opportunity to collaborate with a diverse group of colleagues. The Counselor offers support, assessment, intervention, and consultation within the school setting across contracted districts.
Supervision towards licensure advancement is provided by the organization.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Provide mental and behavioral health services to children and adolescents in Lake County school systems.
* Consult with parents, gatekeepers, teachers and others in the community.

* Provide crisis intervention as needed.
* Home visits as dictated by client and district needs.
Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience with youth

* Demonstrated experience building relationships with children and adolescents.
* Reliable transportation.
* Must have valid driver's license (4 points or less) and carry minimum auto liability insurance of $100,000/$300,000 and property damage of $50,000.
