Establish and maintain system security procedures consistent with control requirements and corporate policy.
Maintain accurate records of system files; software and hardware issues and service requirements.
Maintain effective support for end user support process, other systems, including back office, sales & catering and human resources applications or any other property application.
Knowledge of specific hospitality industry applications and interfaces (i.e. Opera, Delphi, Back Office, Spa, HR systems, etc) is desirable.
Responsible for network support & security of Hotel network, Active Directory maintenance, Server Infrastructure maintenance, Network Infrastructure maintenance - wired & wireless, Network protection & failover tools implementation (Firewall, web security, multi-homing devices, etc).
Administer Lotus Notes, connection to global VPN and other communication tools
Establish and maintain, test and monitor backup plan for all systems to ensure protection from loss of data and ensure backups are carried out in accordance with corporate and local policies.
Maintain and promote Four Seasons core technology standards as outlined in the Four Seasons IT Core Standards notes database.
As required, participate in and lead the co-ordination of new systems acquisitions, corporate initiated major projects and technology implementations.

Provide direct guest support and quality support to function rooms and conference services.
Assist the Director of Finance in administering all IT related maintenance and services contracts and take a leadership role in establishing scope of the maintenance and services contracts, contract negotiations and bidding process.

Be a business manager. Recommend new applications as requested by hotels to streamline business processes and improve workflow.
Negotiate and execute computer and data communications contracts to ensure compliance with their requirements.
Implement technology “best practices” from other Four Seasons properties that are workable.
Establish product lifecycle management for hardware/software and 10-year capital planning for technology.
Prepare IT operating budgets, IT capital budgets, and able to discuss and present a business case for all IT expenses.

About the role

* Trade Leads shall possess eight (8) years of recent responsible experience in operating and maintaining building equipment and mechanical/ electrical systems of the size and characteristics of the buildings to be operated under this contract. Duties involve: Observing and interpreting readings on gauges, meters and charts which register various aspects of the system's operation, adjusting controls to insure safe and efficient operation of the system and to meet demands for the service provided; recording in logs various aspects of the system operation; keeping the engines, machinery and equipment of the system in good working order. Responsible for routine chiller maintenance on York centrifugal chillers. Start, operate, and stop machines according to factory-prescribed instructions and procedures. Utilize proper maintenance schedules according to factory recommendations and communicate maintenance requirements (such as punching tubes, oil sampling, evacuating and recovering refrigerant, etc.). Mechanic should have strong knowledge of boiler fundamentals, cycles, and controls, particularly stressing routine day-to-day monitoring and system analysis. Refrigeration and lubrication cycles, Diagnostic and troubleshooting analysis using operating log data, control sequences, controls self-testing, controls diagnostics, proper condenser, and chilled water treatments as well as maintaining cooling towers and water treatment.

About the role
Books, welcomes, and charges out spa guests. Tours guests from spa front desk to fitness center, pool area, sundeck and locker rooms explaining the amenities, establishing a connection, and reserving steam room and sauna reservations. Responds to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons' policies.
What you will do
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Books and cancels appointments, both by phone and in person, in an efficient and friendly manner, using guest name whenever possible. Assures that guest is assigned correct gender preference, adds proper appointment notes, emails confirmation and medical history forms and emails third party credit card authorization link when necessary.
2. Issues relaxation lounge salto entry key to male guests.
3. Ascertains guest satisfaction, collects keys, posts retail charges and presents bill to guest. Settles spa and retail charges accurately through credit card, gift card and/or cash transaction.
4. Maintains a balanced bank assigned by the hotel. Makes change, and reconciles all transactions at the close of each shift.
5. Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolves customer complaints; assists customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc. Responds to all guest requests in an accurate and timely manner. Interaction with guest will be in person and by phone.
6. Utilizes a variety of computer systems to check guests in and out, run daily reports and communicate both internally and externally via chat.
7. Complies with Four Seasons' Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.
8. Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
9. Can answer guest calls and direct them appropriately to other departments.
10. Maintains a clean spa reception area with frequent cleaning, dusting and sanitizing.
11. Guests are pampered with a customized approach, ensuring that each experience is unique and unforgettable.
12. Provide intuitive service, with a warm and friendly smile.
13. Blocks the therapist's schedules when needed.
NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Assists with responsibilities and duties in the fitness center, pool area, sundeck and locker rooms in the absence of spa attendant or due to heavy volume.
2. Provides basic trouble-shooting support for in-room dining (IRD) services at the pool when established.
3. Works closely with Bell Staff and Front Desk to ensure smooth handling of guest deliveries and special requests.

About the role
Serve guest needs by providing exceptional knowledge of food & beverage menu items as well as information regarding preparation methods. Lead bar team in all aspects including cocktail development, training and education of staff.

What You'll Do:
As an LPN at St. George Village, you will play a key role in leading care delivery within your neighborhood. Your responsibilities will include:
Resident-Centered Care: Administer medications, manage individualized care plans, and assess resident health conditions.
Leadership: Supervise and support CNAs, ensuring consistent, compassionate, and safe care.
Collaboration: Partner with physicians, therapists, and families to coordinate care and advocate for residents.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure documentation, policies, and safety standards are followed consistently.
Communication: Serve as a key liaison between residents, families, and the healthcare team.
Team Engagement: Help orient and mentor new staff, contribute to scheduling, and foster a collaborative work environment.
What We're Looking For:
License: Current Georgia LPN License
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in long-term care or a similar setting
Skills: Strong communication, assessment, and documentation skills; able to read, write, and follow instructions in English
Certifications: Current CPR certification
Schedule Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours including occasional weekends or evenings
Qualifications Snapshot:
Proven leadership and supervisory skills (overseeing 2-6 non-exempt employees)
Ability to collaborate, solve problems, and adapt to change in a dynamic healthcare setting
Comfortable using EMR systems and performing medication administration audits
