PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Work as a team member to maintain an efficient operation of the facility by following the established cleaning procedures.
General cleaning duties, including clean and sanitize bathrooms; clean, mop, wash, buff, and vacuum floors; wash windows, handrails, door knobs, and drinking fountains; empty trash and remove recycling materials; and clean, dust, and polish fixtures, equipment, and furniture.
Assist in the inventory of supplies and materials needed to perform required daily tasks.
Complete daily check lists and communicate any issues and concerns (code compliance) in a timely manner to the Head Custodian and Building/Grounds Manager.
Utilize proper safety precautions needed to perform required daily tasks.
Maintain and organize custodial areas and materials in a professional manner.
Attends communication meetings as needed with the Building/Grounds Manager, as well as any required staff training throughout the year.
May be asked to complete other job duties as needed.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Motivate and encourage members in their fitness routines. Educate and motivate members toward a healthier, fit lifestyle,coordinating with other professional services (such as nutrition therapists and medical providers) as needed.
Provide fitness testing within scope of programs and abilities.
Develop positive relationships with members and encourage active participation and program growth.
Maintain accurate records and completes forms and reports as required.
Follow up on leads and have ongoing communication with current and potential clients.
Maintain fitness equipment, including; strength training equipment, steps, bikes, to assure preservation of equipment and safety of members.
Work as a team member with all Fitness staff to provide a high level of service to members.
Communicate effectively with other staff members, and management, to assure delivery of a strong program within established policies and procedures.
Attend scheduled department meetings and required staff training throughout the year.
Seek continuing education experiences to gain knowledge, improve skills, and maintain certifications.
May be asked to perform other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Nationally recognized Personal Trainer certification (AFAA, ACE, ACSM, NASM, NSCA, or other manager approved certification) required, to be maintained throughout employment.

High School Diploma or equivalent required; health and fitness related college study or degree preferred.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have own transportation back and forth between facilities and throughout the community as needed during the work shift to perform assigned duties.

Punctuality and reliability is a must.

Promotes Funds' programs and coordinates service delivery with other identified or sponsored health, community and social services. Educates and informs applicants both in person and telephonically with excellent communication skills and subject matter expertise on Funds' pension and/or health benefits.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Is the liaison for the Funds with the UMWA officials providing assistance in resolving Funds' related eligibility and claims issues. Works with UMWA officials to promote Funds' initiatives. Maintains regularly scheduled office hours in UMWA District offices.
Applies knowledge of complex benefit plans while counseling applicants in person and telephonically. Responds to eligibility questions from applicants, beneficiaries, union representatives, and others.
Responds verbally and/or in writing to health-care providers, applicants, beneficiaries, union representatives, coal company representatives, government agencies or other interested parties regarding the nature and scope of the benefit plans and programs available, and the rules, regulations, policies and procedures governing those plans.

Provides and promotes health education programs and assists beneficiaries and caregivers with benefits and programs. Enables face-to-face personal relationships and establishes rapport with beneficiaries and caregivers. Identifies beneficiaries with unmet needs and makes appropriate referrals to other health professionals and community resources. Recruits beneficiaries to participate in ongoing health education, wellness and care coordination programs.
Travels as required to conduct Funds' business.

Life Spine's PULSE Program Specialist manages the Life Spine PULSE (Physician's Ultimate Life Spine Experience) program by implementing and evaluating educational programs within our onsite Cadaver Lab and offsite cadaveric training. Provides logistics and management for PULSE events (on and offsite). This person will develop and distribute Medical Education collateral materials including curriculum, event promotional communications, and will often work independently to complete requested projects within a defined timeline. This individual will identify and organize conferences, medical meetings, and trainings, including the preparation for exhibiting and presenting opportunities, exhibit booth setup, vendor coordination, scheduling, and shipping.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Executes and generates all medical education activities including PULSE visits, national and international surgeon courses, and workshops.
Tracks attendance and proficiency for PULSE events and workshops.
Assists in creating, revising, branding, and maintaining updated collateral for the PULSE program.
Demonstrates proficiency in project management including contracting with vendors, negotiating pricing, tracking actual program expenditures, and data analysis for ROI and budget forecasting.
Plans and conducts email campaigns and course registrations.
Manages cadaver labs onsite and offsite.
Provides best practices and universal precautions training to other departments in relation to the cadaver lab.
Routinely interfaces and collaborates with executives, sales, engineering, corporate events, product management, et al to ensure all aspects of the PULSE events are high quality.
Routinely interfaces with the managers/directors of other product lines offered by the company to fully understand the relationships within the portfolio of products offered by the Company.
Manages the Company's medical education initiative by assisting in the preparation and running of surgeon training courses which may include didactic and cadaver labs.
Manages and executes strategic sales and marketing planning activities in order to identify key targets, surgeons, and hospitals by specific product for PULSE visits.
Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications: Four-year degree in marketing, science, biology, communications or related field required. Minimum of 2 years of marketing and sales experience within the medical device industry or related field required, spine preferred. Answer telephone calls and in-person requests warmly and efficiently, responding and/or directing the call or contact appropriately.
Responds to member relation issues such as complaints, comments, and suggestions. Communicates to Management as needed.
Collect and register membership dues payments.
Take member photos and prepare membership cards.
Maintain adequate copies of all printed materials, distribute these appropriately and communicate needs for supplies and information to management.
Never leave the front desk unattended.
Coordinates efficient opening of facility and performs nightly closing of facility, lock-down, and financial close-out.
Keeps cash drawers and change bags current and accurate.
Completes tracking sheets on an hourly basis and communicates in a clearly, timely, and helpful manner with management regarding any facility, staffing, or programming issues through online portal system, Facility Dude and/or direct communication with Management.
Responsible for cleanliness and minor maintenance of facility. Reports maintenance issues to Management.
Accomplish basic cleaning of exercise equipment and exercise areas according to procedures, such as spraying and wiping equipment, locker room and restroom checks, facility checks to rerack weights and other fitness equipment.
Responsible for collecting, washing, folding, and redistributing towels throughout the club for member use.
Assist with handling of lost and found articles according to procedure.
Provide towels, locks, and lap counters to members, handling replacement payments according to procedures.
Checks out basketballs, volleyballs, racquetball, badminton, and pickleball equipment according to procedures.
Handles sport shop purchases, completing transactions, receipts, and records accurately.
Directs members to party room and assists party guests as needed.
Attend to basic personal qualities for effective work performance, including appearance, promptness, sound judgement, and self-control.
May assist with training new Club Supervisors.
May perform additional duties as assigned, depending on which club they are working at.
Attend scheduled meetings with Member Services Coordinator and/or Member Services Manager.
Share ideas for improvement and problem-solving in a constructive manner.
May be asked to perform other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or equivalent.

Professional demeanor with ability to work with the public in a potentially high-stress environment.
Previous experience in customer service preferred.

Availability and willingness to work varied hours as needed to provide coverage at all Four Seasons locations.
Current CPR/AED certification required (or ability to obtain upon employment), to be maintained throughout employment.
Two years of related experience in a fitness, health club, recreational, or customer service setting with supervisory experience strongly preferred.
Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
Ability to objectively handle tense situations with members or staff using common sense and following club procedures.
Ability to make recommendations to effectively resolve problems or issues, by using judgment that is consistent with the policies, practices, and procedures of the facility.
Ability to organize, prioritize, and meet member needs.

Occasionally exposed to bodily fluids or demanding physical exertion during emergency response situations; risks are minimized by adherence to established procedures.
