In 2010, the agency named its Flat Rock location the Jean Moulthrop Hoogstra Community Campus.
In 2011, at the age of 94, she was presented with the Judith Lund Person Hospice Volunteer Award by the Carolinas Center for Hospice and End of Life Care.
Sophia Shockley, RN, Clinical Director, DE joined the team in 2012 and is Clinical Director for Delaware.
Then in 2014 the Board of Trustees of FSHCC decided that the Forman community would benefit from some type of non-skilled elderly care and thus construction of the Four Seasons Villas Assisted Living Center began.
In 2016, Four Seasons acquired Compassionate Home Care furthering our ability to provide patients and families with a continuous care model throughout their journey.
In 2018 the Board of Trustees of Four Seasons Healthcare Center decided that the nursing home needed to offer more private rooms and construction began on an 8-room addition to the north side of the existing building.
