Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach is seeking a Full Time Turndown Attendant to join our exciting Housekeeping team. We are looking for individuals that strive for excellence and are highly motivated team players. What you will do
* Will have a set number of occupied rooms to clean during a shift. Removes used towels and replaces them with clean ones from the Linen Closet. Wipes down any wet services in the bathroom. Folds any clothing left in room and places it in appropriate spot. Removes Room Service trays, dishes and carts to service landings. Closes drapes, reduces lighting, turn music on softly and prepares bed.
* Prepares unoccupied rooms for turndown for arriving guests.
* Performs full Room Attendant duties in occupied rooms and late check-out rooms when needed.
* Restocks used amenities such as shampoo, lotions, cotton balls, stationery and pens.
* Assists with responsibilities and duties in the absence or heavy volume in the areas of Lobby Attendant, Guestroom Attendant and House Attendant.
* Uphold maintenance and safety standards
* Perform daily opening and closing cleaning procedures.
* Ensure housekeeping carts/linen closets are stocked to par
* Communicate customer requests or preferences to management
What you bring
* High school education or equivalent experience
* At least 6 months experience within the same or similar position with Four Seasons or other organization. Previous Housekeeping/cleaning experience in a hotel is preferred.
* Must be able to speak/read/write English and communicate with guests to accommodate needs and requests.
* Must be able to work all shifts including AM, PM, weekends, and holidays.

About the role
The Pool Attendant welcomes guests, providing water, towels, and assistance with personal accommodations for guests around the pool deck.
What you will do
* Greet guests and assist with their arrival: provide an overview of pool area and service, offer towels and escort to seating area.
* Clean and maintain pool area continuously. Pick up and drop off linens to/from laundry.
* Ensure adequate supply of linen and amenities.
What you bring
* Prior experience in food and beverage service or poolside service, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort.

What You'll Do

To take guests orders accurately in a helpful, friendly, courteous and professional manner to ensure total guest satisfaction and according to established standards.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Serve guests in the Market area. Make coffee, pizza, ice cream, etc. Act as cashier for grab & go items and any other items ordered/purchased by the guest.
Move throughout Grab and Go areas to ensure that quality and service standards are met.
Promptly answer Room Service calls or assist the guests at the Grab and Go counter, announce any specials, promote menu items and answer questions regarding food preparation. Document orders, notate any food allergies, and repeat items back to callers to ensure accuracy, quote expected delivery time (not how many minutes), with speed and accuracy.
Retrieve checks from order taker and pick up order in kitchen or grab and go. When picking up, be certain that order is complete, i.e., all food, beverages, alcoholic beverages, and all condiments are accounted for. NOTE: All food coming from kitchen must be wrapped.
Enter order into micros system and note any special request clearly in a timely manner. Give
food server copy of check to be delivered with order and to get proper signature or method of payment, such as cash. Keep an accurate tray tracker and help Servers to expedite pick-ups. Retrieve daily specials and post on special board above Micros.
Maintain sufficient forms in Cashier's Desk to include amenity request forms, due-backs, side work forms, purchasing requisitions. Update V.I.P. board daily.
Answer calls for pick-up of trash and direct servers to retrieve items
Respond to guest complaints in a positive manner, negotiate a compromise and implement solution.
Maintain clean and organized work station. Call back guests to check on quality of food and service.
Assist other outlets if needed.
SUPPORTIVE FUNCTIONS:

**What You'll Do**
Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the hotel, all the while providing amazing service to our guests along the way. Act as an advocate for the hotel, be a creator of ridiculously personal experiences, and develop relationships with guests that will compel them to return.
**Some of your responsibilities include:**
+ Ensure that the lobby, hallways, public areas, including the sidewalk, brass awning poles, signage, entrance, and alley are kept clean.
+ Clean and set-up meeting room functions according to the function sheets.
+ Deep cleaning of areas including the shampooing of rooms and public spaces as assigned.
+ Set up and maintain complimentary hotel lobby functions including the morning coffee service and nightly concierge events.
+ Deliver housekeeping items (hair dryers, ironing boards, irons, etc.) to guest rooms upon request from the front desk.
+ Get assignments, keys, pager, and special guest requests from your supervisor at the beginning of your shift.
+ Check and replenish your supplies and cleaning tools.

+ Return lost items with proper documentation to the Housekeeping Department.

Our Hotel

Overview of Position
The Water Attendant is responsible for sanitizing, filling and replenishing filtered water glass bottles for guest use, using the Nordaq filtration system. Incumbent must be able to follow safe work practices and food safety guidelines.
The Water Attendant will collect bottles from guest areas and back of house areas including housekeeping landings and kitchens, to properly sanitize and replenish. The Attendant will be responsible for using the Nordaq fresh water machine and glass bottle dish washing machine to execute these tasks. Responsibilities also include machine maintenance, changing water, adding chemicals, inventory of chemicals, properly filling and distributing full bottles to the proper location. The attendant must safely handle and organize chemicals according to standards. Supporting duties also include handling guest requests and assisting Housekeeping managers as needed. The Water Attendant must be able to push, pull and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly over the course of their shift.
The Water Attendant will report directly to the Housekeeping Managers.

• Have a minimum of 1 year experience in the similar position, preferably in a luxury setting.
