About the role

What you will do
Our guestroom attendants clean guest rooms to exact standards, follow the set number of guest rooms to clean during each shift; clean, dust, and sanitize all areas of the Guest Room. Restock used amenities such as shampoo, lotions, cotton balls, etc. Interact with guests making them feel welcomed, comfortable and well taken care of by handling all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality; accommodating any special requests.

Job Description
The role of the Overnight Door Attendant
BASIC PURPOSE: The Door Attendant is an integral part of the Guest Services Team whose main objective is to ensure our guests are well looked after from the start. This position is stationed outside the entrance of the hotel and greets each guest by name upon arrival and departure to the hotel. The Door Attendant loads and unloads all guest luggage from vehicles and assists guests with general inquiries about the hotel and the local area.
We are looking for candidates who have excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have a warm welcoming smile, a positive attitude and be knowledgeable about the local area, and also have the ability to drive a manual transmission, as this position assists valet parking attendants during high volume times.
This position does require an applicant with a flexible schedule able to work overnight shifts specifically from 11pm-6:30am Wednesday - Sundays. Overnight weekends and holidays are also part of the schedule. This position does require authorization to work in the United States.

What will I be doing?

The role of the Assistant Banquet Manager
BASIC PURPOSE: The Assistant Banquet Manager reports to the Director of Banquets. This position will manage the operation of banquet events and must maintain and control a high level of guest service. This is achieved by ensuring consistent and thoughtful F&B service, demonstrated by the staff. The Assistant Banquet Manager is also responsible for the hiring, training, supervising, and disciplining of the staff.
We are looking for individuals who have a thorough knowledge of guest service, cost control, labor control, execution of high end and luxurious events, creative abilities and strong attention to detail.
Applicants are required to have two years previous employment in a related position. A college degree is preferred.

What will I be doing?
As a Starbucks Barista, you would be responsible for greeting and serving guests beverages and/or food in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
* Greet guests and respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner

The role of the Steward
BASIC PURPOSE: The Steward is an essential member of the Food & Beverage team dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests. The Stewarding team works tirelessly behind the scenes making sure that every piece of silver shines and every plate sparkles.
Stewarding
ensures that each outlet and function has an adequate supply of clean dishes and silverware and also keeps the kitchen and the “heart of house” clean and safe.
Applicants must be comfortable around industrial size dish machines and have the ability to learn their operation. The Steward position is physical by nature and requires the applicant to be able to lift up to 50lbs. Repetitive motion and movements are essential functions of this position.
