About the Role:
The Winston's FoodRunner is an integral part of the Pool & Beach team and reports to the Winston's Management Team.
This role is responsible for working with the serving team in meeting food delivery timing standards, and ensuring a clean, and welcoming outdoor dining experience for our guests.
What You Will Do:
* Coordinate F&B delivery service from the kitchen to the pool, beach and outdoor dining areas
* Clear, set up, and clean restaurant tables
* Communicate any service delays, guest concerns and kitchen menu changes clearly to managers
* Provide a warm and welcoming greeting to guests and providing seating assistance as needed
* Complete opening and closing duties

About the role
The AM Bar Bartender is an essential member of the Restaurant daytime team dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests. The Bartender assures each guest is greeted promptly, courteously, graciously with eye contact, and a smile. The Bartender provides quick and efficient beverage service, following the state and city alcohol law while adhering to Four Seasons hotels standards of service. The Bartender has a complete working knowledge of all products served by the bar and ensures that all the details of service are performed properly and that every guest receives the highest quality of service.
We are looking for individuals with excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills. Strong beverage knowledge regarding beer, wine and liquor is required. Working knowledge of the Micros system is essential. The ideal candidate will have a confident outgoing personality and a can-do approach to any request. The Bartender position requires continuous standing for up to 8 hours a day and requires the ability to lift up to 50lbs. Applicants must have a flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays.
What you will do
* Prepare and serve a selection of wines, spirits, and mixed drinks from the menu while ensuring proper pouring, mixing, and blending according to established recipes and established Four Seasons Standards.
* Confirm guest orders including any special needs or requests from the lounge server using the hotel's point-of-sales system; check completed orders with the guest's original order.
* Service and take orders from guests seated at the bar area offering interesting, and vivid descriptions of each item's, origin, taste, and preparation methods; maintain a working knowledge of liquors, wines, beets, ports, cognacs and specialty drinks.
* Serve food items in the bar area with same level of knowledge as beverage items.
* Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
* Properly and accurately close guest checks making sure that no items are prepared without a check; process cash and credit card payments; properly settle voided checks or complimentary items.

What You'll Do

What You'll Do
You are hardworking with a real passion for creating a quality dining experience for all of our guests. Ensure guests receive all dishes in an efficient, courteous and accurate manner. All functions are carried out to maintain a clean, dry, safe, and inspiring work environment for you and your coworkers.
Some of your responsibilities include:
* Greet and welcome restaurant guests.
* Deliver food to the tables ensuring that it is delivered promptly and of the appropriate temperature.
* Deposit dishes appropriately in the dish-room or specified area.
* Clean and set tables according to restaurant standards, empty all trash containers regularly, stock bussing stations.
* Learn and maintain product knowledge of the food, wine, and beverage menu(s).
* Clean stations, including sweeping floor using the tools provided.
* Perform buffet set-up and refill if needed.
* Assist in Room Service if needed.
* Assist other restaurant personnel with tasks when necessary.
* Attend all company and/or restaurant required trainings and meetings.
* Communicate with other staff and management.
What You Bring
* 1 year of experience in a related or supportive role is preferred.
* Food Handler Certification, Alcohol Awareness Certification (if applicable).
* Able to prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
* Able to learn, retain, and present product, menu, and allergy information to guests.
* Knowledge of or ability to learn the Restaurant POS system is required.
* Highly motivated and flexible, with the ability to take initiative.
* Flexible schedule and are able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed.

Hilton Fort Lauderdale Marina is looking to welcome a Host to join the team at Olive & Sea!
Our hotel, which features 595 guest rooms, is located on the Intracoastal waterway and just a four-minute walk to the Broward Convention Center. Olive & Sea restaurant seats about 185 in the dining room and 17 seats at the bar. Our menu is comprised of delicious Mediterranean dishes. The restaurant is open from 7AM-11AM and reopens 3PM-10PM every day, with the exception of Friday and Saturday where it closes as 11PM. Our 10+ team members report to the Director of Food and Beverage.
The ideal candidate holds 1+ years as a Host/Hostess in restaurants. Able to work the required shifts.

What will I be doing?
As a Restaurant Host/Hostess, you would be responsible for welcoming guests and escorting them to their seats for dining in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Welcome guests and ascertain their dining needs
Seat guests and manage the seating chart
Monitor restaurant activity to determine seating and dining flow
Perform opening and closing duties, as needed
Assist others with side work including, but not limited to cleaning, stocking, folding silverware, etc.
Ensure knowledge of menu
Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
Assist fellow team members and other departments wherever necessary to maintain positive working relationships

What You'll Do
Assist the bartender with stocking, cleanliness, equipment handling and maintenance. When necessary, serve food and beverages for the guests and service staff. All functions are carried out to maintain an environment of teamwork and to provide outstanding service to our guests. You'll act as an advocate for the bar/restaurant, be a creator of ridiculously personal experiences, and develop relationships with guests that will compel them to return.
Some of your responsibilities include:
Greet and welcome our guests.
Check the service stations and tables to ensure accurate set-up and cleanliness.
Assist the restaurant dining services (if necessary), when and where appropriate.
Perform all necessary sidework, setup, and breakdown of the bar.
Follow uniform and grooming specifications.
Clean and change trash cans, fill and clean ice bins, stock beer, wine, juice, and other beverages.
Clean shelving, stainless steel, mixers, cups, blenders and soda guns.
Unpack deliveries, stock bar and change beer kegs.
Notify a manager if a guest is becoming intoxicated or rude to other guests.
We all wear multiple hats here at Kimpton. You may need to take on responsibilities outside of this job description at times, as we all do.
What You Bring
1 year of experience in a similar or supportive role is preferred.
Food Handler and Alcohol Awareness Certification (if applicable).
Able to prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
Able to learn, retain, and present product, menu, and allergy information to guests.
Knowledge or ability to learn the restaurant point-of-sale system.
Restaurant inventory and invoicing software proficiency is preferred.
Hardworking, dedicated, with a real passion for hospitality.
Flexible schedule and are able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed.

Overview of Position
The Cocktail Server is responsible for maintaining all par levels of equipment and for maintaining high level of service on the floor at all times. Responsible for also assisting the Barback with the clearing of all used glassware to ensure a clean and tidy environment. It is the responsibility of the cocktail server to answer guest questions and fulfill requests made by guests in regards to the wine list, cocktails, and menu that is served. Responsibilities also include cash handling; serving cocktails; taking guest orders; servicing guests; and supporting MOBar Team as needed.
