About the role
Basic Purpose: The Storeroom Clerk will check all incoming goods against delivery invoices, food specifications and purchase records to ensure that the type, amount, price and quality of items charged and ordered are correct and maintain safe, sanitary and organized storage of all items.
What you will do
* Maintain harmonious and professional relationship with co-workers, supervisors and all departments to promote effective receiving. Comply with Four Seasons' Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact. Maintain a firm and amicable relationship with vendors' delivery persons.
* Ensure all local and corporate policies, rules, internal controls and procedures and safeguards as they relate to the Purchasing Department are complied with. Understand quality standards of the hotel.
* Verify, Manage, and Fill all requisitions, update respective inventory cards, rotate perishables in storerooms, communicate all product quality and quantity differences to respective outlets. Verify product accuracy from Purchase Order, Invoice, to Product.
* Coordinate and manage designated storeroom order placements for restocking for current business level needs.
* Complete daily, weekly, and month-end inventories for food, beverage, groceries and sundries as required. Place orders for managed storerooms as required.
* Handle deliveries of goods to the appropriate departments within the hotel including loading and unloading pallets and placing in appropriate storerooms and follow proper FIFO procedure.
* Ensure receiving areas and storerooms are kept secure, clean, and organized. Assist with regular cleaning and re-organization of storerooms.
* Ensure that all non-food and beverage deliveries coincide with an approved purchase order. All deliveries without purchase orders must be investigated and mostly rejected.
* Support the food hygiene, Safety Committee and Green initiatives.
What you bring
* High school education or equivalent experience
* Three months to one year in related position, preferably in hospitality industry
* Required ability to operate computer equipment and Electric Pallet Jack (Forklift Certification provided on the job)
* Ability to read and speak and write English

About the role
Basic Purpose: The Door Attendant creates a strong sense of arrival for hotel, residential, restaurant and banquet guests. Shares responsibilities with Bell Attendants and Valet Attendants to assure that guests' departure is swift and complete.
What you will do
* Greets guests who arrive by private car, taxi, or limo by opening their car door and welcoming them to the hotel. Assists guests descending from cars. Issues appropriate valet parking ticket to guests who want car parked. Gives verbal greeting to guests arriving on foot. Opens hotel doors for all guests.
* Unloads guest luggage from car, tags it and issues claim tickets to the guest. Directs hotel guests to the Front Desk for check-in. Transfers luggage to the Bell Staff.
* Assures the smooth flow of traffic on the drive by directing guest cars and taxis to the appropriate positions and directing valet parkers to park cars.

Notify supervisor of malfunctioning equipment, supplies needed, damaged linens, to ensure laundry operation is running at maximum efficiency level.

**What will I be doing?**

What will I be doing?

What will I be doing?

About the role
Basic Purpose: Supports the Finance team by handling diverse financial tasks like AP/AR, journal entries, bank reconciliations, month-end close support and internal controls. This role ensures the accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of all accounts receivable and payable while maintaining Four Seasons' high standards of financial integrity and guest service.
What you will do

* Responsible for coordinating and supporting our offshore AP, Income Audit, and Payroll teams as needed.
* Assist with Month-End Close.
* Answer telephones and record messages accurately. File documents and reports. Perform any additional duties as assigned by the Director of Finance or Assistant Director of Finance.
* Assist with any internal or ownership audit requests and research.
* Assist with any special projects as designated by the Director of Finance or the Assistant Director of Finance.
* Verify that all invoices are supported by duly approved purchase orders when required, signed receiving documentation and/or the approval of authorized management personnel.
* Maintain control and accuracy of all House funds issued from the Cash Machine.
* Assist Credit Manager with maintaining accurate Accounts Receivable records.
* Maintain harmonious and professional relationships with co-workers and supervisors.

* Select, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, coach, and discipline all employees in our Mara Restaurant and Bar Mara Outlets to ensure that established cultural and core standards are met
* Assist in implementing and planning innovations and additions to the Restaurant and Bar year round
* The ability to be visible in the operation, provide recognition, promote good public relations, and handle complaints, concerns or special requests for guests, clients, and group contacts
* Describe and ensure quality of all food items, ingredients, and preparation methods, as well as provide knowledge of wine and spirits in an elegantly appointed environment dedicated to an attentive and distinctive experience for Mara and Bar Mara
* Control labor and operating expenses through effective scheduling, purchasing decisions, and inventory and control
* Attend regular operational meetings to ensure effective coordination and cooperation between departments.
* Observe physical condition of facilities and equipment in the outlet and make recommendations for corrections and improvements as needed
* Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and Ambassadors
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
* Preferably, a college degree specializing in hotel/restaurant management or equivalent experience is required.
* One to two years previous experience in assistant manager or department head position in Food & Beverage.
* Requires a working knowledge of division operations as well as Four Seasons cultural and core standards, policies, and standard operating procedures. Working knowledge is generally learned on-the-job.
* Knowledge of food & beverage service, cost control, labor control, maintenance, merchandising, and accounting.
* Requires ability to operate computer equipment and other food & beverage computer systems.
* Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
* Eight-to-ten-hour shifts; scheduled days and work hours may vary based on need.

What will I be doing?
As a Barista, you would be responsible for greeting and serving guests beverages and/or food in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
