About the role
The Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale is looking for a talented Reservations & Communications Agent to join the team. Act as the communication hub for the operations departments. Answers and directs phone calls, Manage Chat, Monitor HotSOS, book restaurant and room reservations as well as assist the reservations process in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons' policies.
What you will do
* Answers phone inquiries in an efficient and friendly manner, using guest names when possible and routing calls to proper extensions.
* Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolves customer complaints; assists customers in all inquiries in connection with, hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc.
* Utilizes and ensures proper working condition of the telephone switchboard, the hotel computer systems (e.g. Opera, OpenTable, Book4Time, Golden, HotSOS, Chat)
* Work harmoniously with operations to effectively assist in Pre-arrival communication and booking outlet/activities.
* Assists with the communication in the event of an emergency situation in an efficient and professional manner.
* Other duties as assigned.

What You'll Do
As the Valet Attendant, you'll be responsible for providing a memorable first and last impression to guests as they arrive and leave the hotel. * Hail taxicabs and answer questions.

* Remove trash, papers, cans, bottles, cups, etc. in lobby area between housekeeping runs. Provide guests with general questions and assistance when Concierge is not available.
* Be knowledgeable of the community and area in which the hotel is located to provide information on special events (sporting, theater, movies, entertainment, and restaurants) to guests.
* Submit all lost and found articles accompanied by a report.
* Function as a doorperson as needed.
* Deliver faxes, messages, packages, flowers, wine, and other items to guests in their rooms.
* Ensure that the "white zone" is kept free and clear for guest arrival and in the case of an emergency.
* Notify guests by telephone of delivery of automobiles, packages, or arrival of visitors.

What You'll Do
As the Housekeeping Supervisor, you'll be responsible for inspecting and maintaining the cleanliness and physical condition of the hotel guest rooms, meeting rooms, hallways, and public areas. You'll maintain a positive and friendly attitude with all guests and other employees to act as the communicator and liaison between guests and cleaners.
Some of your responsibilities include:
Prepare inspection report with the status of all guest rooms at the beginning of the shift. This includes all guest requests, out of order rooms, and show rooms for the day.
Inspect all guest check-out rooms for cleanliness, appropriate guest amenities, and the correct working condition of room equipment.
Report any substandard conditions or damage of the guest room to the Housekeeping department.
Evaluate room cleaners on their job performance according to the hotel standards. When necessary, take appropriate action (retraining, etc.) to ensure they are performing at a high quality level.
Notify Front Desk of all vacant and clean rooms, completion of guest requests, and room status discrepancies.
The Front Desk will give you all room moves, late check-outs, and additional guest requests for appropriate follow-up action.
Answer the department telephone using friendly telephone etiquette.
You'll help guests with special requests, information, and status of Lost & Found items.
Check the hotel's PMS computer for information concerning room status and to enter updated room status.
Collect, log, and secure all lost and found items in a locked cabinet, room cleaners' assignment sheets, secure floor keys and office, lock office door.
Confirm the work schedule for the following day with room cleaners.
Complete a written report of all room statuses for the Front Desk.
File all daily reports in the file cabinet.

High School Diploma is preferred.
1 year of experience in customer service or similar role.
Housekeeping supervisory or related job experience is preferred.

What You'll Do
Working closely with the Director of Sales & Marketing (DOSM) you'll build a clear and credible vision for the hotel sales team. You'll maintain a balance of proactive and reactive selling, maintenance and growth of key accounts, and sales team development while utilizing skills as a strategic sales and revenue leader in our organization. Your goals are aligned around the achievement of total hotel room revenue, group bookings, food & beverage (F&B) contribution, market share results, and sales training.

Incorporate marketing initiatives to support group sales strategies and activities.

Maintain a deep understanding and ability to report on group pace and future group need areas.
Responsible for completing and communicating monthly group sales results to DOSM.
Assist in development of appropriate group production goals for the sales team.
Regular analysis of industry intelligence reports (i.e. STR and Hotelligence).
Achieve 100% of group sales revenue goals through individual and team efforts.
Conduct quarterly check-ins as well as weekly meetings with sales team to support their growth and development.
Ensure that accurate and detailed notes/traces of accounts are maintained via Delphi.
What You Bring:
Bachelor's degree is preferred.
1 to 3 years of sales experience with strong selling skills.
Ability to encourage, lead and manage a team by example.
Act as owner of the hotels and communicate a clear sense of strategy and purpose.

About the role
Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale is looking for a Pool Attendant. This position is responsible for taking care of guests by providing guests with water, pool amenities, towels, chair covers and assistance with seating arrangements at the pool. Pool Attendants will assist with food and beverage services and delivering of all orders throughout the pool. Pool Attendants will respond to all interactions in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do

The Residence Club Accounting Clerk plays a key role in keeping our operations running seamlessly, supporting both the Accounting and Residences teams with precision and care. From processing owner payments and managing daily banking activities to assisting with month-end tasks and financial reporting, this role is all about accuracy, collaboration, and impact.
