We are seeking a friendly and service-oriented Garden Center Associate to join our team! This is a seasonal position (March-November) and you will work both indoors and outdoors. In this position, you will assist customers with shopping for plants and instructing them how to take care of their plants for excellent growth. Responsibilities may include working the register, answering the telephone, using a 2-way radio, stocking plants and plant material, taking care of plants and maintaining the stores appearance. The ideal candidate will have some knowledge of plants, previous experience in customer service and knowledge of cash register operation.
Responsibilities

How You'll Make An Impact
Lead the end‐to‐end estimating process for large commercial and industrial electrical projects while driving accuracy, competitiveness, and disciplined hand‐offs to operations.
Mentor junior estimators and support staff; provide training and oversight where needed
Stay current with industry trends, local codes, and cost changes in materials and labor
Collaborate with project management teams to ensure smooth handoff and project startup
